I am 28 weeks and I had my first nose bleed ever last night. I switched to night shifts at work and around 4 am I had a minor one. I go to the doctor tomorrow but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this before. Worried the change in sleeping schedule may have jolted my system. I also went to bed this morning after I got off and woke up vomiting twice but I don't feel sick. I have thrown up since my third month.
The next week i started trowing up. then a week after that my nose started to bleed; However, I do not have a fever , my menstral cycle is normal , and my mentral is on its way now. Whats going on with me?

The presence of these conditions can aggravate the vomiting of blood after a nose bleed. This can be fresh red if coming from a place above the stomach. It can be brown or coffee colored if coming from the stomach. The other possibility is that you are coughing up blood. This can be due to bronchitis or pneumonia, lung cancers (especially in smokers), tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, pulmonary embolism, or fungal and other infections.
On Halloween night, I got pretty drunk and the next day I vomited profusely (This is gross, sorry). I was vomiting so hard that it was coming out of my mouth and nose at the same time.... chunks! (yuck). Ever since, I have this horrible odor in my nose that won't go away. It smells like vomit and rotten cheese. I've been reading online about this Sinus Flush, so I tried that... I mixed water/salt/baking soda and inserted in my nostrils bent over....
Your grandchild needs to see a Dr asap it could be simple as back drip from nose bleed to a serious medical problem and any time a child is gasping for air has a hard time breathing they need to see a Dr i would take them to the er right now.

Throughout my entire pregnancy I have never gotten sick and all of a sudden I'm vomiting and it caused me to have a nose bleed. I was told once your in your second trimester you no longer get sick. I guess I'm just confused as of why now?
We all were going on a cruise 6 days after she came home, we checked into our cabin and she laid down to rest, she coughed, spit it out, it was blood (never had happened before) and she then started vomiting blood, after 3 times of that, blood literally started pumping out of her mouth and nose, within 5 minutes she was dead. I cannot understand what made her bleed like this? It haunts me, it was so fast and unexpected.
Then i Got an extremely horrific headache, the pain was only on my right side and there was an extreme amount of pressure. I felt extremely naseaus also. Then my nose started to bleed and with that the pressure seemed to reduce a bit not much though. Then i started vomiting, i got sick all that night and then next day. However, for the past 6-8 months she's been experiencing severe headaches that last for 5-7 days, nose bleeds, vomiting, and severe abdominal pain. I've been taking her into the emergency room when any of these happen. They send us home and say give her tylenol or mortin. However, the children's stuff is not strong enough, and she is still getting these symptoms without any real diagnostic testing being done. Should I worry about some tumor or pre-puberty??? I don't know what else to do.
Start the steps over again if the bleed continues. If your nose bleed increases in severity, or lasts more than 15 minutes call your doctor. I've had daily nosebleeds for 14 years and these are instructions from my hematologist and ent.
Hi, I think i sustained a minor concussion last night, i smacked the back of my head on the ground during a frisbee game, and immediately afterward this liquid starting coming out my nose, it was yellowish and kept coming out for about a minute. then today i had the same yellow water-like liquid come out of the same nostril. is this a cause for concern?

Moochy is 3 years old and started vomiting a week ago. She coughed up two big hairballs in that time and wouldn't eat. I took her to the vet on the third day. The vet kept her for five days, did every test available and confirmed she has slight bilirubin and a very low white blood count but he couldn't find any cause. She doesn't have feline HIV or leukemia. He gave her broad spectrum antiobiotics and gave me some to give her now she's back home.
Hmmm.. In my first trimester my nose would bleed a lot. Do you think maybe it could have been something from your nose?
What really concerns me is that my nose started to bleed out of both nostrils this scared me because I don't get nose bleeds. What do you think caused my nose to bleed? When the pain eventually subsided I was pretty much wiped out for the rest of the day.
I had some nose bleed throughout the last week, but that could be because i also hit my nose. There was no vomiting of dizziness so far, though i feel a bit nauseated..
Very dry air, blowing your nose too hard and certainly picking your nose too much can cause a bit of a nose bleed. I would guess forceful vomiting would do the same thing. You probably had some bleeding in there that clotted and then cleared out when you self-suctioned (?) :-) Do watch for sinus pain in your face and around your eyes and for fever in case you develop an infection.
Just wanted to know since you answered questions before and after mine, and mine was just left sitting. Mine was the one about vomiting and nose bleeds which I have since had again. These aren't just nose bleeds, they are gushing bleeding pouring out of both nostrils and I am worried that I ruptured something. Please see last post, it's not that far down. Thank you.
Was the fall associated with any vomiting or Ear , nose, Throat bleed? Did you experience any loss of consciousness at that time? You could try some OTC painkillers for a few days and see if that helps. If the headache still persists you need to consult your physician for a clinical evaluation. Goodluck.
It is important to determine if this is due to vomiting or coughing up blood or from nose bleed. This could be due to gastrointestinal issues like upper GI tract bleeding ( including the stomach, mouth, throat, esophagus, and the first part of the small intestine) ; swollen veins in the walls of the lower part of the esophagus, bleeding ulcer in the stomach, and even from irritation or inflammation of the esophagus lining.
I keep getting nosebleeds too especially from morning sickness because vomiting makes it start. I had never had one before I was pregnant. It's normal though.

heres some info about nose bleeds during pregnancy hope it helps So, you’re just walking around one day when all of a sudden you notice that your nose starts to bleed. You quench the blood flow, but the very next day your nose starts to bleed again! Well, now that you’re pregnant, you may have to get used to these sudden streams of blood from your nose. Frequent nosebleeds are a very common pregnancy symptom, and though they can be annoying, they are typically quite harmless.
