Am 25 weeks and the vomiting is starting again. Anyone else went tru this or is goin tru this?
m not throwing up, but have major heartburn. Nothing seems to make it better. Only when I finally fall asleep. I was reading that in the 8th week it is supposed to calm down a little.
I had a drs appt today and mentioned this and he didn't seem too concerned. I've been getting sick almost every time I eat lately. I did have hyperemesis for the first half of my pregnancy and now it seems to be returning or something. I know I dont have food poisoning. It feels like my acid reflux and heartburn have gotten worse and there's just no room for food so my body rejects what doesn't fit. Anyone else experiencing this? It seems to wake me up at night mostly.
I'm 21+3 and I had not suffer from heartburn before, but know, omg it feels like a burning chest! Anyone else getting heartburn at this stage?
I drink every other day (vodka) have been for the last 6 months. I've always had heartburn and am constantly eating tums or taking Prilosec. This past week I've been vomiting everyday after drinking and have been vomiting acid. Last night was the worst. I woke up st 4am violently vomiting acid my throat and nose still hurts today. I did vomit what looked like blood, it also burned very basket when it came up.. also went through my nose. I took zofran an anti nausea pill to calm it down.
Try morning sickness well tea it's good for gas n heartburn and vomiting just mix some lemon in it and it really help me I'm 16 weeks and I don't get gas much or heartburn ,sick that much hope it helps
If nothing works mention it to your dr. I had unbelievable "heartburn" tried everything it was so bad I was vomiting from it... turned out to be acid dr prescribed tablets and they were a mericle.
ve been having severe heartburn even when taking the prilosec, and the heartburn often triggers vomiting. Lately, the vomiting has also been triggered by a feeling that I have a dry-spot or lump in my throat (water doesn't help). I have to repeatedly clear my throat or cough - which also triggers vomiting. This past week I haven't been able to lie down for more than 2-3 hours without having to vomit. Doesn't matter if I've recently eaten, or what I've eaten.
Hey everyone, I'm 5 weeks pregnant and are vomiting almost all day, I have tried crackers, 7~up, not drinking fluids before or after meals. I hardly want to eat and chewing mint gum isn't helping. Any suggestions?

Well ladies for me I have tried it all at first fresh ginger tea with honey would help me, or chamomile. Now no over counter medications help I have ran out of options so I Google and one cup of water with half a tea spoon of baking soda helps me and I haven't had to drink any in like 2 or 3 days been sleeping much better. I have bad heartburn that I wake up vomiting at night. I asked my ob she said it's ok for me to have it bt not more than 3 sips every two or 3 hours. Hope it helps..
I had heartburn so bad it would radiate to my knees! My doctor told me, that a few tums is fine, but if you find yourself eatingthem like candy, Mylanta would be better due to the high calcium in tums. I always drank a lot of milk, it helped in the moment, but milk will make it worse in the long run.. good luck! Btw, I truly believe in the old wives tale about the baby having lots of hair if you have bad heartburn!
symptoms, even if it never has before. Heartburn can be from various things, and vomiting from heartburn and reflux is well known. Can you still feel the strings? If it's in place, the odds of pregnancy would be low. However if you do not, you need to make an appointment and have it looked at. While there you can also have blood testing done for pregnancy to make sure if you are or not.
Im 36+2 and can barely keep any liquid ls down :(. I have bad heartburn and am taking antacids every time I'm allowed to. But anything I drink repeats on me until I spew or just keep swallowing it back down which makes the heartburn worse. Ive tried milk, orange juice, apple juice, water, cordial, everything irritates me. Any ideas?
He put me on mezicline (motion sickness medication) and a pill that helps prevent nausea and vomiting. I went on them for two weeks, and I would only occasionaly feel nautious, but wouldn't vomit. I went off the pills 6 days ago because I had to go in to the hospital medicine free for a week in order to get a hearing test and another test that may determine if I have labynthritis. I have thrown up every night since going off the pills about 2 to 5 hours sometime after dinner.
Could possibly be an allergy or just reaction to what you are eating- is it only when you eat eggs or anything in the morning. Both heartburn and vomiting are normal symptoms of pregnancy, could just be the morning time or if it's too greasy. Maybe try something easier on the stomach and see how it goes.
I felt the nausea comeing on and went to urgent care just when the vomiting began. The vomiting continued for 9-10 hours, it took five different meds to stop it. The nausea was unbearable. There was no actual pain that I recall. They tested blood, urine, took xray, perfromed an upper endoscopy..... And nothing. I was realeased the next morning from the CDU after holding down food. No diagnosis, just a "maybe it's a virus". Now, I'm stilling having nausea.
I had chicken enchiladas for dinner at my mother inlaws. The thing is she likes to fry them in a little oil to give a crunchy texture to them. Well everything was fine until I got home about 6 hours later. I was sitting up in bed and laid down on my side with my head propped up by my arm and all of a sudden I felt a burning sensation in my throat. I went to the bathroom and spat up what was oil residue from today. My throat burned even more when more came up and there was more oil residue.
well 4 weeks six days. I am exhausted!!! Feel like I could sleep for 24 hours without waking up. I have heartburn after everything I eat! Very frequent trips to the bathroom. Slight nausea occasionally. No vomiting yet. Constipation...
That's what I said too. I had horrible nausea and vomiting in my first trimester and now I have the worst heart burn I've ever had in my life. I'd rather be throwing up again.
