Have you had any other signs of sickness -- fever, headache
, drippy nose, cough?
Have you taken a pregnancy test?
If you're dealing with morning
sickness (which comes and goes all day), treat this like you would the flu. Go for mild, high-nutrient foods that aren't likely to upset your stomach -- cheese, yogurt, breads, bananas, rice, chicken soup, etc. Salty potato chips, plain toast or tortillas, or crackers can help, as can going at least a half hour between eating and drinking.
