It is extremely unlikely that it is related to his neutering. Vomiting is not a symptom associated with UTI. That would show as a change in urination (more or less frequent, apparent pain or difficulty urinating, excessive licking of genitals, etc.). It could just be something he got into or that disagreed with him or that he didn't chew well enough. If the vomiting persists, I would check his stool for any changes (color, consistency, frequency, etc.) and contact your vet.
I never had a spayed female go into heat but I did experience a neutered male cat become active. But in my case (or I should say his) the cat had cryptorchidism and one of his testicles failed to descend into the scrotum. I was warned by the vet. The missing testicle finally descended a several years later and my boy got a new lease on life - until I caught him with one of my females. So, he was neutered twice.

My cat has that problem before. I called my vet but they're on holiday. The emergency nurse told me she wasn't in pain. I cuddled her and slept with her. It gave her a little comfort but still meow a lot and walk funny. After get fixed, didn't happen anymore but some times still walk funny. Just a few funny walks, then back to normal.
Hello. I have a cat we adopted from domestic animal services. He is about a year old from what they tell us since we have had him he has always twitched a lot and ground his teeth when either sleeping or relaxing. It seems like he is shivering or spasming lightly but only when he touches me he sleeps right beside me so when he is touching me and shivering I can feel it. When he isn't touching me he isn't shivering. It's weird.
I have one cat that vomits everyday. When this first happened she was on dry food and the vomiting was so bad that she was losing a large amount of weight (starving to death). Took her in to the vet couldn't find anything wrong with her so they gave her some meds to take before she ate. I took the food and soaked in water to soften it up seemed to help for awhile.

My cat was coughing and breathing heavy. I took her to the Vet and after they took X-Ray I was told she has to be under medication for two weeks. I started her on Clavamox 15 ML but after couple of days I noticed she vomits after each intake. I was told by the Vet to give her Metochlopramide 5 MG first and wait 20 minutes before giving her Clavamox. She is not eating food and I am giving her Garbor baby food (chicken and rice) along with Clavamox. I noticed she still vomits after each intake.
Neutering is GOOD! And I don't see why you can't keep your cat indoors at all times? If it is stressing him out to go outside now just keep him in. It will keep him safer. The other cats are most likely coming around because they know your cat is there. Keeping him indoors may cause the other cats to go away.

My 7-month-old cat was diagnosed witha possible case of FIP about a week ago. About a month before that, the cat was neutered. He is not eating or drinking. He has lost weight. He has fluid accumulation in his abdomen. We did not have the fluid tested since the vet says it won't tell us 100% if he has FIP and it's very costly. Well, congratulations on your new additions to your family...sounds like you are becoming a great "kitty mommy already. Spaying and neutering are a must in today's world. Your kitties should do fine...the female might want a little alone the first day or two and the rambunctious puppy play time should be toned down for a few days to gives the kitties a chance to heal well. After all, they did have surgery. What are your kitties names? And do you have pictures to share?
i am a care taker of a a couple of feral cat colony's in my neighborhood. i' ve been taking care of feral cats since long before the term came about. when i first began there were only a few feral cats to feed. at present, i am looking after 38 feral cats. i 'm not a person who makes very much money and i' d rather feed the cats then myself. my question Does anyone know of anyone or a place that donates cat food. any idea's would be greatly appreciated!
my 8 month old female cat has had the neutering surgery yesterday. She seems doing ok for the night and day today, eat and drink well, had good BM and also peed fine. But I just noticed she's developed a lump on her incision site in the evening. it appears to be fluid filled, and my cat will let me touch it lightly without showing sign of pain. I will take her back to the Vet tmr morning, but just wondering if this is a normal reaction after the surgery.

With no change to his diet or routine my cat began being sick every other day. To start with with thought it was just because he is so greedy, will eat anything left lying around and also he likes to lick the soap bubbles out of the hand basin. So we shut all bathroom doors and were extra careful that he didn't eat anything he wasn't supposed to.
