You can take unisom (not the gel caps) it's the one with Doxylamine succinate in it. Works wonders for vomiting and nausea. And safe to take while pregnant. It's what my dr prescribed me and I was violently I'll for 4 months.

Hey ladies. I was wondering if you guys had any other ways to calm the unending vomiting. I'm currently 13w2d, and for the past few days I've been puking up almost everything I eat. I managed to keep a sandwich down yesterday, but the day before that, everything I ate, I lost. And today, I ate cereal, and of course that's gone now.

My doctor said I had acid reflux and a vitamin b12 deffecincy but the medication seemed to worsen my symptoms making me vomit a lot more ( a lot more bile and also foam even making it come up my throat without vomiting) and feel nauseus almost everyday so I took myself off of it. I don't believe that I have reflux because I can never feel the acid coming up my throat except when I was taking this medication. I also am always tired no matter how much sleep I have.

I was just concerned because my first son had pyloric stenosis and needed surgery for the incessant vomiting as he had a blockage in his stomach but Brayden seems to be gaining weight but I do think we overfeed him as well.

How can I stop my cat from vomiting? She is taking Clavamox drops and was vomiting after each use. I spoke to her Vet and was told that I should give her Metochlopramide 5 MG first and wait for 20 minutes and then give her Clavamox. She is not eating and Vet suggested to give her baby food with the Clavomox. I am doing what I was told but my cat is still vomiting.

Keep crackers or something on your bedside table and munch a few every time you wake up at night and right when you wake up in the morning. If you have prenatals, try to take them at night and with food. Good luck!

Awe man it was times I wanted to end my pregnancy because I was sick day and night for 13 weeks straight . but just thinking about the second trimester and finding out what I could be having and then holding my baby made me get thru it . I couldn't hold anything down not even water . I had lost 20 lbs but luckily with this pregnancy I didn't have it so severe .

I was excatly like that at 6 weeks and then things got worse I'm 8 weeks now and as soon as I wake up I actually throw up a few times within the 1st hour :( it's horrible. I've been given tablets. All I can suggest is see your doctor and discuss your situation.

s not an option you need to goyo labor and delivery bc your probably dehydrated. This Happened to me my first pregnancy and I was in and out of hospital and diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum abd was prescribed zofran. If you have hg itc won't just pass like reg morning sickness. It may last month's and usually Doesn't subside until 17-20 weeks and even then it does not always go away. Mine lasted entire pregnancy.

Hi there! I'm pregnant with my first and am 16w4d. I did not experience any morning sickness or really anything other than fatigue and being very thirsty until about a week ago. Now I find that some smells bother me and cause me gag and vomit. I get easily 'grossed out' and have thrown up twice in the past two days. I'm just wondering if anyone else has gone through this?

My son has a very strong gag reflex he vomits or gags very easily if he smells something or eats something he does not like and when he gets really upset and cries really hard he vomits too, any suggestions?

Take omeprazole (empty stomach in morning) and antacid gel and see if it helps. Liver and kidney dysfunction is another cause. Hence kidney and liver function tests should be done. Other causes are diabetes and hypothyroidism. Electrolyte imbalance too can cause nausea. IBS, gluten or lactose intolerance, parasites in gut too can be the cause. A stool test should be done for worms, giardiasis etc. Also if nothing is found then food challenge test to detect food intolerance should be done.

also, I have 4 dogs (total weight 385lbs) and tried feeding them Blue Buffalo dog food 2 of them threw it up the first time I feed it to them and the other 2 just walked away from and refused to eat I now feed them kibbles and bits and canned pedigree (7.88 a 12 pack at wall mart) and they love it.
