Protein from food has additional vitamins and minerals and possible fiber, depending on the protein source. Recommend a regular multi-vitamin, without protein.

My Dr said flinstone gummy sours he said that the vitamins u chew up u and the baby get more than the ones u swallow he also said the sour flavor could also easy nauseous and vomitting a little and he said it's a lot cheaper than prenatals

I didn't take vitamins. Prenatal vitamins made me sick. Take a prenatal vitamin if u want, and the Dr. Should have done blood tests to see how good Ur iron and everything is. I wouldn't take anything that the Dr. Doesn't tell me.

You should always take your vitamins, helps baby develop, try taking a different brand or eating before you take them, I always used the prenatal gummies and took A folic acid supplement
