Vitamin b keeps me awake

Common Questions and Answers about Vitamin b keeps me awake

vitamin

I've just given up smoking, (if someone could explain to my children) I will get more sleep, and I will explore the B vitamin thing, in particular it said B-12. This is preferable to the worst case scenarios that straight away came up in Google! :) Yours in twitchiness!
Unscientific, but the 3 weeks I've been on the vitamin shoppe multi seems like a reasonable explanation to me. Like I said, it's timed release and keeps that pee yellow sun-up to sun down. That's also my reminder that I took my morning riba. Any doubts, I just take a pee.
the pain wakes me up and keeps me from sleeping. They also cramp while i'm awake sitting down. If I'm walking or standing for a long period of time they will start to cramp while I have my shoes on. I tried eating the bananas and my doctor told me to take vitamin B. Nothing helps and it's off and on.
Only this time they found that I had NO vitamin D in my system. They started me on Vitamin D and I have been doing great ever since. I don't take it in the summer. Every Fall I go have my levels checked. If they are low I take a Vitmain D. What a difference it made in my life. I honestly thought I was dying. I couldn't function. I couldn't even fold laundry. My muscles, bones and joints hurt. I had problems breathing,walking,thinking,etc....
Sure enough, I was found to have multiple colloid nodules on my thyroid. He phoned me to say I needed to really focus on getting my vitamin D levels up and that I should see an endocrinologist and that he would monitor me on a yearly basis. So, I guess that vitamin D and the thyroid and these anxious symptoms (palpitations, heat intolerance etc) must be connected.
1. How long have you had PVCs? They started when I was in my early 20's, not many then even though, just a few episodes, then, for about 20 or more years, I did not have any, then, after my mother was stricken with her heart attack and we were in and out of hospitals so much, they started up again in 2004. Since 2004, I have had them on occassion, sometimes have gone many months without any, my biggest flare up has been this year since April, I have noticed them a lot more. 2.
This helped but after a while I got confident and stopped taking the sea kelp. Then even got lazy with the vitamin B. The skin scourge returned. If you're like me, you've gotten really good at grinning and bearing it in public. The Apostle Paul prayed that God would remove the "thorn in his flesh" but God's answer was that His grace would be sufficient for Paul. I pray that He has another answer for us.
Just started taking them yesterday, so don't know if they will work for me or not. At least with the Vistaril, I get some sleep (not awake all night wanting to skin myself). Find that cold works, at least temporarily. So does a bath (1/2 full) with 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup cornstarch. I soaked in that yesterday and it took the itch away for a few hours.
After having the labs drawn on 3/10/09 he went back to his neurologist who treated him for the stroke and she is the one who wanted labs drawn to check for Vitamin B deficiencies. He has an appointment with a neuropsychologist on Apr 10 for a comprehensive exam regarding his memory (I believe to check for Alzheimer's, etc) and that will be followed up with a trip to the neurologist again the following week. It is almost like a delay in memory issues.
) 4) I have poor sleep habits (BECAUSE OF THE PAIN) 5)Not having a blood test from when I was younger, proving I didn't have lymes anti-bodies in the past. No one will help me! The only thing that keeps getting suggested to me is that I am depressed! They offer me many, many, many mood pills, but nothing to do with pain! I am in pain! I cant stand this anymore. This Lymes Disease thing is a sick joke that people are profiting off of!
That has been a lot better since surgery except for just lately, a lot of it is pain and fatigue related...the pain keeps me awake at night causing fatigue. I know all about the place you are in right now...it was one of the greatest moments of my life to finally have my NS validate how I was feeling. I really felt that I was one step away from being called crazy and then I would be left to continue to get worse.
People are allergic to me. And a lot of other people around the world are suffering from this condition. Doctors do not beleive the reports, and most of them claim that we are crazy but we all know that we're far from being crazy. This condition causes so much heartache and stress. I have sent emails to CDC, NIH and WHO with no help. Would you please address this issue?

I have tried everything you can think of. My nose runs constantly, sometimes all night and it keeps me awake. Last night I was awake all night sneezing and coughing and then I could barely make it at work. I feel like a zombie because I hardly ever get a good night's sleep anymore. I have to take sleeping pills to knock me out so that I can get any sleep at all. I'm miserable and no medication seems to help me.
I did wear the hand braces, once if progressed to the pain up my arms, the braces did not help me. It is caused by the band keeps holds the carpal tunnel ligaments/nerves together. It is a very small space, and as you have more fluid/smaller space the nerves become entrapped leading to numbness and pain. I had it with all my pregnancies and after my fourth, it just progressed and I finally had to have the surgery. The cortisone shots did hold me over for a few months however!
Take daily vitamins at Vitamin C = 1000 mg B-Complex Magnesium Fish Oil Vitamin E Centrum Ginger Root These are my daily dose of vitamins everyday 6 days a week. I skip one day. Any suggestions ?
I am always tired but the headache and back pain keeps me awake at night sometimes. I am not really sure what to think and I cannot talk to m neurologist becuse his gatekeepers won't let me through. It seems like it is getting harder to get through the work days just to get to the appointments.
With that being said I wanted to share what I have experienced with this supp - I've tried a TON of them, OTC meds and nothing else has worked initially like this has for ME. A good vitamin B complex is also essential for better sleep - vitamins and minerals can really influence your sleep patterns. Some things to consider: Calcium (600mg/day), Magnesium (250mg/day - also see transdermal Magnesium therapy) & Copper (2 mg/day) was shown to increase women's ability to fall asleep.
I had a lot of the symptoms you describe I also have lowblood sugar but not diabetes , I started taking a Multiple Vit Supplemeet each day , one with all the neccessary vits for health like D and Folic acid, I feel so much better .I too was tested for Thyroid it came back neg also the symptoms can be Lyme , I was neg for that ,Try the Supplements way as like me you may find you feel so much better and it doesnt take long to work, no side effects .
Since my mouth was already as dry as a cotton ball from the initial dose of antidepressant and nobody really thought I was depressed anyway, plan 'B' moved into the 'A' position. It helped quite a bit. It doesn't give me huge energy. It just keeps me awake. I've switched to Nuvigil now as it works better for me. I need the combo of drug and CPAP to feel like my new normal. If I skip either one for more than a day or two I start to feel my eyes droop and my thought process slow.
i found this in a Yahoo site.- hope it helps What is the burning foot: Burning feet are a common complaint and can be caused by a number of conditions - some are local and minor, and some are more serious. Burning feet can keep people awake at night and be a source of continuous pain. It is more common in those over the age of 50 years, but a burning foot can occur in younger age groups.
Since Tuesday evening Mom has been much more aware of things and awake when I have called her. I have spend no less than 20 minutes on the phone with her every morning and every evening. For the most part she is aware and remembers things, but she is still getting confused and forgets short-term type things and has a hard time understanding some stuff.
Over the 5 weeks the head/nose goes from congestion so bad I can't sleep to nonstop runny/blowing nose that keeps me awake all night. I have gone through 4 boxes of kleenex in past 24 hrs. Discharge is mostly clear although sometimes there is some thicker, yellish discharge. Aches around forehead and eyes when congestion is real bad.
It's supposed to help RLS and probably help sleep, since the RLS is what keeps most people awake to begin with! I take it for a different reason now, and I can't tell it has any effect on me whatsoever. BUT.......when I first took them years ago for a few days of WD and then quit, it helped me some. It's no magic pill like a benzo. It's more subtle than that. You can't "feel anything" from them, but a lot of people claim that they help. Good luck!
In deeper levels of sleep, especially during REM sleep, the normal protective layers of muscle tone that keeps your airway open during inspiration diminishes. So, if your airway is normal to begin with and you take a deep breath in, a vacuum-like pressure is set up and the back of your tongue can fall back completely. In many cases, whenever I examined this narrowed airway with the patient lying flat on his or her back, all I see is a 1-2mm slit between the back of the tongue and the throat.
the same exact thing happens to me but when i try to explain it to me no one understands what i mean, or they just look at me funny. it doesnt happen every single night but when it does, it keeps me awake thinking my body woke me up as some kind of warning or something else. whenever that happens i have a hard time getting sleep for a week or two after because im afraid its going to happen again. ill stay up all night until i just cant stay up anymore because im so afraid.
Was given Decadron oral for 5 days (made symptoms worse) and then tried a B-12 shot (B-12 low normal of 301)which made me feel better for a couple of days. Neuro started me on Metanx (B-12 oral sup) and Lyrica for symptoms. He allowed me to give myself b-12 shots every two weeks. I began to see improvement in 4 weeks and since the shots (within this last month, more improvement. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE DAY WHERE THERE ARE NO SYMPTOMS.
