Avatar m tn A man bought himself a computer. It was his first one so he asked his wife who worked with computers at her job to help him. After several hours of instruction, hits and misses the man began to get some of it right. 'Just let it do it's thing and let it set itself up now, in a short while it will be ready.' While in the kitchen she heard her husband shout,' It's asking me for a password, what does that mean?
Avatar n tn The "login and Password" does NOT allow you to change your password - it simply takes you back to the login page!!! Every single time I want to use this site, I have to get a new password emailed to me b/c the stupid system in NOT set up properly to allow us to change the randomly generated temp passwords. 1963728 tn?1325456147 Hi, Once you've followed the above instructions and clicked on "Login and Password," scroll down to the "MedHelp Change Password" section. You should see three fields - Old Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password. Type your current password in the "Old Password" field. Then type your desired password in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields. Then click "Change.
228686 tn?1211554707 At this point, I would take XP pro, ANYDAY. And wait for Vista to get fixed. Personally, I do NOT think Vista will make it, and will end up just like Millennium Edition. It will fade away in a dusty desert sunset. Meanwhile Service Pack 1 for Vista, brought my computer crashing down, and I had to do a system restore, that also woundn't work, until going into safe mode, and carressing it into submission.

1248885 tn?1285832739 I used the reset pasword to change my password, it says it is the wrong password. What do I do to reset my password to what i want? Each time I log in I have to get it reset.
1120775 tn?1294260424 I'm having the same problem over and over when I try to reset. I get the email, come back to login using the new password, and I'm logged in. Then, when I go to Account Setting and to Password link, I log in using my username and the new "reset" password like you say to do, but the screen just blinks and the username and password spaces are blank again. I can't get any further than that second Log-in.
