490443 tn?1236648256 I agree with Utah - Get in that office for the second opinion and treated better and then fight like he// with that insurance company after you get treated right! You'll be healthy again after a compatent surgeon like the one Utah has takes care of you to fight back with these insurance idiots. Just go.

Avatar f tn This started for me two months ago with sudden vision changes where I felt weird pressure, double vision, blurred vision, and couldn't read. Went to the ER and by the time I got there it had gone away and the cat scan didn't show anything so I was released. The next week my symptoms progressed as the vision changes came back and have never gotten better but much worse to the point now I always feel like I am snow blind or can see but not really see if that makes sense?!

5731802 tn?1375572607 s possible, so you may want to ask just in case, but if you get medical insurance like (medicaid, molina, caresource, etc.) those insurances would generally cover a breast pump, and it's likely if your doctor wrote a "prescription" for one to be taken to a medical supplies pharmacy, they can "fill" the script for it, and insurance would pay for it that way.

Avatar m tn We need to be able to talk to someone about our son (age 22) who has been there. He's addicted to Heroine. We don't have the money to put him anywhere nor does he have insurance but he is going to kill himself and we need someone to talk to who can give us advice. Please PM me with your phone number if you're in the area and willing to talk with us.
Avatar f tn I have been diagnosed with myopic degeneration and receive the intraocular injection which is very effective. My insurance carrier will not cover the cost of the injection (medicine and surgery). If I had a diagnosis of macular degeneration it would be fully covered. I am looking for suggestions as to how to make my case with the insurance carrier that this is not a one time event but a chronic condition that if not treated would result in a loss of vision.
Avatar f tn I am having problems finding a doctor that will treat my Hep C. My insurance doesn't pay for much, like specialists. Regular md's maybe an internal medicine doctor. When I am really sick I go to the ER close to my house but it seems that I have a rather large bill that my insurance would not cover. I know they are supposed to treat me anyway but I hate the fact that I owe them so much money. I am trying to get in to see a good doctor but it's a catch 22.

143746 tn?1301274822 During the day I had eyestrain, headaches, and blurry vision, especially with near vision. I stopped the baths and my eye symptoms improved. I started the baths again a week later and an hour after my second day of taking the baths, I was in the emergency room with eye problems, dizziness, and lightheadedness. Since then my vision has not recovered. I am still suffering from eyestrain, headaches, and blurry vision. I have seen an optometrist and ophthalmologist and both say my eyes are fine.
