insurance

Avatar f tn here in Ontario Canada its like around 300$ I believe
Avatar f tn The only thing I liked about covered California is it helps you pay for your monthly payment for insurance. Instead of like 450 for insurance we would end up paying 163. But that depends on what company and what insurance you get. Btw the medical takes a lot longer now to process thanks to the healthcare reform so I say apply on time. It took me 3mos to find out I was denied for medical and now its too late for me to be covered by anything on my due date.
Avatar n tn I had cataract surgery in one eye about a year ago. There were many problems but the opthamologist would not entertain the idea that it was a lens problem. Now, much later, I finally got online and found that these problems are common with this lens. Is there anything I can do about it or have I waited too long?
Avatar n tn i woke up with what looks like blood in my eye, only on the white inner part of the eye, could this be serious or will it go away in time. I have no insurance so do I need to see a doctor. I have little pain on the outside of the eye and a headache.
Avatar f tn Hello. In the last 3-4 months I have noticed something strange with my vision. If I am looking at text on my computer screen and then scroll down (causing the text to move up quickly) it causes a vision "disturbance" so to speak. It is as if my eyes cant follow the text and I have to stop scrolling and focus again to find my place.
Avatar n tn m having problems with has a hole in the back of the eye. My eye vision never was affected from the hole untill recently, I started noticing flashes of light and blurryness in that one eye. The flashing lights & blurryness can last for hours. I'm in the process of waiting for my medical insurance to get approved untill then I have to wait atleast a couple of weeks before I can make a appointment to see a Opthalmologist.
Avatar m tn Luckily, I still have good vision with some minor issues like waves in my vision. I have traumatic mydriasis and very bad glare issues. I am considering implant of a prosthetic iris to help with these issues. My question is this too much of a risk considering my history? Of course, I know there are risks with all surgeries, but would advise your patient to have the procedure done. Your response(s) appreciated.
Avatar n tn Tonight I closed my left eye and there is a dark circle in the center of my vision in my right eye. Avatar n tn Hi. I've been dealing with recurring flashes in my left eye, and have been working with a doctor who is monitoring them. However, it's after hours right now, and I just experienced some flashes with a simultaneous shadow in a different part of my eye, and I'm not sure if this means I've got a tear or not. The flashes always occur in the outside corner of my eye, while the shadow appeared across the lower left corner and bottom of my eye.

Avatar m tn s to respond to your post, and I am far from a Dr but please go see a Dr. This happened to my mom in 2006. Her vision was blury and she had floaters in her eyes. Avatar n tn 3 weeks ago, i noticed a small area of distortion just off the centre of vision in left eye; i have had a tear 3 years back in right eye. It progressed to a larger spot. I was seen by an opthomologist last thursday and he saw no breaks or changes. It slowly got more visible and on Sunday i had it checked again. This time, after putting on a contact the opthamologist was able to see a small change in retina.
Avatar f tn t sign up for the vision plan because I have plenty of contacts, so decided to sign up during enrollment in January, but I did sign up for Medica health insurance. Now I have a growth in the corner of my eye. Not on the eyeball but in the way corner next to the nose. It is red, doesn't hurt or itch, is just super annoying because it touches by eye sometimes and feels like some eye boogers and I constantly want to rub it away.

Avatar f tn What would be the possible causes for a female suddenly losing her vision in only one of her eyes? Medical assistance was sought out and the response was that vision may never again be regained in that eye. There is some previous medical history involving artery blockage, but just out of curiosity what would be some possible causes for such a condition?
Avatar n tn habits (~an hour or two a day), I had to increase the amount of time I spent in an artificially lit study lounge to around 4 or 5 hours a day on a good week. That in and of itself *****, but I also think it is deteriorating my vision. Through high school I had good 20/20 vision, but I doubt I would now if I was tested.
7530804 tn?1398546771 I'm moving from Sacramento to South Texas in a few days also. Although since I have MediCal when I arrive in Texas all I have to do is fill out the paperwork. I've done it before so normally it takes about 3 days- in the states I have been in even if you haven't received your insurance card in the mail as long as your case worker confirms approval the Dr's office can find your coverage online with your ss #. The state ID you can continue using if it's not expired.
