Just now coming across your forum and I realize the danger of doing that as i continue to investigate this med. Am I in danger of a future siezure?! Will I have long term side effects from this drug?! Will my nodes heal?! Will my mouth sores go away?! Will my mouth sores recur?! Are my lymph nodes damaged?! Is my body damaged?! Will I be ok?! Sorry, I am obviously freaking out here! I have never experienced any sort of side effect from anything and this is SO VERY SCAREY!!!! PLEASE RESPOND!!!!

I am fortunate in that pain meds work to control pain to a tolerable level after surgery, but do not cause any feelings of euphoria or pleasure or unplesant psychiatric side effects either. They are just so constipating that using them is unpleasant.

I have been taking Savella for three months. The drug is incredible in relieving fibromyalgia pain. However, the side effects are horrible. Horrible sweats and hot flashes, constipation, insomnia, nausea, and during the past week I have passed out four times. I have decreased my dosage from 100 mg. to 12.5 mg. per day. I have decided that this drug is dangerous. Just read the hundreds of reviews. Savella reacts with different people in different ways.
I wanted to know from women in their fifties and sixties if there have been any long term effects from having one removed. Like for instance early osteoporosis or early menopause. i have a bad addiction problem with vicodin. its controlling me and i can really start seeing the negative side effects. im scared for my health, but i still take it, everyday now i need those pills. i take alot per day. if i buy 7, most likely they will be gone the day i bought them or the next day. if i get my hands on twenty 750 mg's vics they will be gone in two days. i spend all my money on this..its really really bad and i know its really stupid.

I believe that your pain complaints are valid and this may be a side effect of neupogen shots (this bone pain can be part of the usual 'flu like' side effects associated with the drug). If you are experiencing pain from this treatment, then I believe it is inhuman to withhold pain medications for you, though I agree there can also be side effects from the chronic intake of pain medications (such as dependence or kidney problems).
