vicodin

12103503 tn?1423448886 Its probably Tylenol #3 but that and vicodin have the same exact ingredients in them. They are both ok to take while you are pregnant as long as its not for a long period of time.
Avatar f tn are hydrocodin, percocet, roxicodone and tramadol in the same ingredients family meaning if i took a vicodin i should be okay to take a roxicodone or tramadol because they have some of the same ingredients in them thanks for the time to whoever answers the post
Avatar f tn I have been taking vicodin 7.5/750 for several months and all the tylonel is starting to upset my stomach. Does anyone know the different strengths of vicodin so I can try something different?
Avatar m tn As I said, I had never taken Vicodin before, and I was not aware of the ingredients. Acetametophen screws me up, and Ive never had hydrocodone, and certainly haven't mixed the two (which is what Vicodin is). Does anybody know anything about this topic? I tried to research what the effects I had meant, but was unable to find anything helpful. My question is, does anybody have any idea what happened? Obviously I had a bad reaction, but perhaps theres more to it.
890900 tn?1284577303 ADELPHI, Md. - Government experts say prescription drugs like Vicodin and Percocet that combine a popular painkiller with stronger narcotics should be eliminated because of their role in deadly overdoses. A Food and Drug Administration panel on Tuesday voted 20-17 that prescription drugs that combine acetaminophen with other painkilling ingredients should be pulled off the market.
Avatar m tn if so, than it will be all the same as for vicodin, oxy, hydro withdrawl. it is not so severe if you slowly wean yourself off.
3160774 tn?1343705010 Have been on Fentanyl patches 125/hr every 48 hours and 4-5 Percocet daily plus maybe 8 10mg Vicodin a day. How long before starting the Suboxone should I stop all of these meds. I have Clonidine for withdrawals how can it help. I am scared to death. Have never been in withdrawal from Opiates. I was told 36 hours prior but am so afraid of precipitated withdrawals. Has anyone been here that can give me some advice?
1065007 tn?1255540445 Thank You All, It's wierd how the only meds I would ever take regulary were my DOC's... i never could stay in another habit of taking multi-vitamins regularly... don't know why.. kinda wierd. So i'm afraid that if i make this complicated, & its not my DOC that I WANT, then i won't follow thru. So, trying to keep it simple... I assume if i start out with just taking the L-Tyrosine in the AM with B6.. this should be good for now?
Avatar f tn ” Acetaminophen is also widely used as an over-the-counter pain and fever medication, and is combined with other OTC ingredients, such as cough and cold ingredients. The actions FDA is taking for prescription acetaminophen products do not affect OTC acetaminophen products. Because of continued reports of liver injury, FDA proposes that boxed warnings, the agency’s strongest warning for prescription drugs, be added to all acetaminophen prescription products.
Avatar m tn The next step up would be vicodin or percoset. Unfortunately they both have acetomenophen, but they are both available with lower doses of acetomenophen. I'm not really sure what else there is in a comparable strength. Those meds are also available with ibuprofen instead of acet, too.
Avatar f tn I haven't posted before, but have been reading the forums. I quit Vicodin (5/500..3 pills a day) 4 days ago. I have been on them for 6 years because of back and hip pain. Of course I had the chills, shakes, insomnia, diarrhea etc. on the first 2 days. But on day 3 I was feeling a little better. Until today!! Thankfully I got rid of all my pills because if there had been any vicodin around, I would have taken it today.

874521 tn?1424116797 more 'interesting' reading....for us pet owners..... Disgusting, the FDA(as reported on the site) has determined that 'grocery store' pet food that labels ingredients of 'animal fat and bone meal' content to be likely from that of an EUTHANIZED ANIMAL. Am I reading this correctly???? Are euthanized animals being used as a 'meat' source by pet food company's? http://www.truthaboutpetfood.com/articles/whats-your-opinion-are-these-a-pet-food.
1277672 tn?1271114986 I have been on mainly vicodin, but a percocet a time or two for about 4-5 months now taking about 10 a day. How will the w/d be and how long will it last? Any help out there? Took my last 10/650 vicodin yesterday around noon and already feeling bad. I have clonodine and getting ativan in the morning will these help?
Avatar f tn After reading all these postings, I do feel better. Have taken Vicodin for 12+ years following many jaw surgeries. Now have chronic pain with migraines. Everything I do (eat, talk, sing, laugh, sneeze) causes pain and migraines sometimes ensue. Was taking 3-5 vicodin a day, 500 mg, didn't think was addicted. Doc stopped my prescription because I refilled too soon. That was a shock. Decided ok, time to stop. So, last Wednesday at 2 pm, took last one. Went cold turkey.
Avatar f tn i know i did the thomas recipe before when i went ct from vicodin, i decided to go ct again, but i dont have the $ to go to healkth store for ingredients, anything you guys can recommend, at home, like foods that may help bananas i think i remember?? or anything i can do at home to make this less painful?? i have meds on hand for RLS, though they never worked before...any advice would be appreciated, i have a 2 year old to chase around all day and yesterday was really tough energy wise.
Avatar n tn I have been on pain meds from Vicodin, Oxy, Pain Patches and currently on Norco as a result of a broken back which I had surgery (spinal fusion) 6 yrs ago. Off and on all the above pain meds according to the doctors. Nothing helps I have epidurals for pain but I am diabetic and the epidural causes havoc on my blood glucose. My pain Management physcian now is suggesting a Subcutex regime.
Avatar f tn I have been in Pain Management now for five years. Gone from Vicodin to Morphine, from Morphine to Spinal Stimulator & Vicodin. With failed stimulator (for what ever reason) back on Morphine and Morphine mg getting higher & higher. I have reciently been placed on Morphine patch. When put on the patch, will your body go through withdrawals symptoms? I dont feel ill in any way, I feel depressed and worthless...
Avatar n tn I have been prescribed Panlor SS tablets for the last 3 years. I get 120 a month, which I do take all. I have back issues and 20% nerve damage in my neck. The work I do entitles lifting elderly residents, and I do work 16 hour shifts. I dont take more then the recommended dose which is 4 tablets a day. Panlor SS is acetaminophen, caffeine and dihydrocodeine. This may sound bad, but somehow I am out of my script 5 days early.
