viagra

Avatar f tn Hi there! Though Viagra has no specific side effects pertaining to MS, it is only advised to use the medication if advised by a medical doctor and only under the prescribed doses. Unnecessary self-medication is more harmful than useful in most cases and is best avoided. Hope the information is helpful. Take care!
Avatar m tn What do you think? Would nonexpired Viagra help me? If not what would you recommend?
667937 tn?1227758698 “There is a potential for cardiac risk of sexual activity in patients with preexisting cardiovascular disease.” Does it sound like a good idea for him to take Viagra? And you’re correct when you state that there are lots of ways for the two of you to be sexual that don’t depend on a constant erection. How about sitting down together to discuss this and telling him that you’d love to explore with him.
Avatar f tn I couldnt hold an erection for a while without Viagra but only recently got to test the viagra out with a woman, i could hold the erection for an hour or so but could not ejaculate. Admitedly i was drunk at the time but this has been a problem for me ever since i lost my virginity at 16. I can ejaculate/orgasm when masterbating and hold erections then without viagra but cannot during intercourse. Id say i am fairly fit and work out 3-4 times a week.
Avatar n tn I am 51 & have been using Cialis 20 mg for about a year it worked great for about 10 months. It has stopped working the last 2 months. I had my testosterone checked it was 392. My PSA result was 0.68 ng/mL. But I do have some mild prostate pain. I was married for 31 years & have had ED problems for years. I was divorced a year & a half ago. & have had a beautiful new woman in my life for the last 14 months or so.
Avatar m tn So I talked with my doctor and he prescribed 25 mg of Viagra. When the prescription ran out I noticed that my ED got worse. I couldn’t get it up at all. So I went to an urologist and did an ultrasound. The results were perfect. The doctor blamed on stress and anxiety. I am stressed about it, of course, but I noticed that the Viagra is not as effective as before. I am taking 50 mg now and I can tell that is not like the first time I took it. Is it possible that my body becomes immune to it?
Avatar f tn That sounds more like a buried penis: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/16291-buried-penis. If that's the case, I can't find any literature recommending Viagra as a treatment. Viagra is intended to assist men in getting and maintaining an erection. It doesn't seem likely that this would be a good idea for everyday use, and it's also not intended to be used as a daily medication. Is your husband overweight?
705966 tn?1239408751 drinking orange juice with atenolol reduces blood concentrations. Drinking coffee might increase heart rate. You might also like to know that atenolol, as well as other standard beta blockers, have been deemed not suitable in England for first line therapy in hypertension any longer. The main reason is that they tend to increase Blood Glucose, and might provoke diabetes. Nebivolol does not increase BG, btw. But carvedilol does.
Avatar m tn I have this problem of going soft right in the middle of the performance. I used to be great earlier, may be age is catching up. I understand that Viagra is good option but I have this fear of side effects (may be unfounded but still a fear), and I have history of drug reactions. I have heard that there are some very effective natural stimulants are available. But I am even more fearful of bad stuff. Can anybody suggest a tried and tested natural stimulant or any other method?
Avatar m tn Since then I have taken it when I hooked up with a girl in anticipation of sex( i was put on viagra around 2 months ago) and for whatever reason, to be fair not my own doing, I have not got to a situation to have sex (eg she had work early, no place to go, etc). I met a nice girl who does not live in the same country. We went out twice over here and got on very well. Im going to visit her for a couple of days in about 3 weeks so sex (I HOPE) is inevitable.
Avatar f tn Try to help him with that. His penis retraction has nothing to do with his drinking problem. Does he get morning erections or at other times? You don't mention his age. He should avoid Viagra at this time and consider other options. If he is overweight, that can give the appearance of penis retraction.
Avatar f tn Hi there What were you symptoms when you were diagnosed with PSVT and how was it diagnosed (I.e. echocardiogram)? I have been having tachycardia for 2 weeks (maybe longer) and had an abnormal EKG, but a normal echo and normal holter monitor. I'm on beta blockers - will this get better in time? or did you notice an instant improvement once you started your drugs? Look forward to your response.
Avatar m tn Hi folks, I'm a 41-year old man. I've been having ed problems on and off for a while. I apparently have low testosterone, and have been using Androgel for that. I've also tried, Viagra, and it works like a CHARM pretty much every time. Here's the thing: I'm a very sexually open person, and I've recently experimented with a few threesomes and foursomes. In each of those cases, despite using the Viagra, I was unable to get an erection.
Avatar m tn I would like to ask if I can/should also use a delay cream at the same time with this pill. Will the delay cream help me in any way or interfere with the medicine?
Avatar f tn I have been taking Atenolol 25 mg twice daily and Micardis 20 mg once daily. It's my fertile time. We had a mishap with a condom last night and I am concerned that I could become pregnant. Is the medication a concern, or should I contact my doctor?
Avatar m tn Hello. I can't second guess your physician; however, I'd be very careful with Viagra and high blood pressure. There are no herbal supplements that are effective. None have been certified as such by the FDA. As to why you're sometimes having erections and sometimes not: blood pressure highly affects blood flow to your penis, and that's what creates an erection. So if there's any medical condition that inhibits blood flow, this will affect your erection.
Avatar m tn I'm a 23 year old male who has always seemed to have issues with getting and staying hard. Even when masturbating in my young teens I didn't get great erections. At 16 I attempted to have sex and had an erection and felt ready to go and lost it. I have tried on other occasions and have the same thing happen. I would always think I could not maintain erections because I was obese and had high blood pressure and took lisinopril.
Avatar n tn Question: Is sildenafil (Viagra) safe with nitroglycerin tablets? Answer: Well, Viagra is not safe at all in the presence of nitroglycerin tablets and in fact, we know that if anyone takes Viagra with nitroglycerin tablets, that the blood pressure can be lowered precipitously and can be lowered to such levels as can be extraordinarily dangerous to you. [ABC News report from May 2008 - Internet] As we know, not everyone experiences negative side effects from every medication.
Avatar m tn Recently I used some viagra two hours before an encounter with my date. I started drinking after the taking the Viagra. The viagra did not work....I took another one and waited awhile and it still didn't work...I took one more and waited a while with no results.... I have used alcohol with viagra before and I performed well. Can someone tell what the issue might be...Its puzzling because I don't know why it didn't work. I could not maintain a hard enough erection to penetrate her...
Avatar n tn Hi, Viagra will prolong your erection but I’ll suggest you to consult your physician before starting on Viagra and rule out certain important diseases like hypertension, coronary artery disease before starting on Viagra. Viagra can cause hypotension (low BP) and can tend to worsen hypertension and coronary artery disease. I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
Avatar f tn Nitrates (nitrogen oxide donors) should not be taken with Viagra. Concomitant use of Viagra and nitrates may cause severe drop in blood pressure. I recommend you consult your cardiologist before using Viagra, and yes it may help in your case if it is not contraindicated.
Avatar n tn Hello Doctor. My doctor prescribed me viagra for performance anxiety. I suffer from anxiety disorder. It worked great and sometimes didnt even need it. Ive been taking it usually a couple times a week. Last couple times I took it it dindnt work very well. Is there a tolerance build up to viagra? Avatar f tn I agree with Frenchie.. I am on atenolol for PSVT. I am somewhat fatigued but it does a great job on my heart rate. I tried lots of meds before- verapamil, cardizem, flecainide, Toprol XL ( hated it- had headaches, bad nausea). So far the atenolol has worked the best with the least side effects for me. The bad effects I feel are fatigue, and a heaviness in my chest laying down or with exercise. But prior to taking my resting heart rate is 110- 120...
