Avatar m tn This is a generic brand of Viagra and even Viagra works differently with different people mostly depending on their metabolism. I have several friends that have to take Viagra hours in advance. For them it seems to kick in between 4 to 6 hours and last another 8. I have read various reports stating the wide variations, do not expect to take it on the way to the bedroom. If you know your normal digestion times use this for you time table.
Avatar m tn 3ml. I asked if I could also take Viagra. He said I could take 1/2 Viagra and 0.2. It worked but not for long enough. After 20 min or so of foreplay, it partly or totally disappears. I went up to 0.25 with the same result. I'm sure if I had gone right at it in the first 15 min or so it would have worked out well. However, we enjoy foreplay. My question is, would continuing to gradually raise the dose increase the time the erection would remain? I read that the starting dose for many is 0.

Avatar m tn Hi there, I'm an otherwise healthy 43-year old male. I've been taking Viagra for the last several years, about weekly (I do so because I have problems using condoms without it). After I take it, I experience vision problems for about a week after. Namely, I have starry vision and problems seeing in the dark (particularly walking from a lighted room into a dark room.
Avatar n tn I have been prescribed Levitra and viagra for the past ten years and they have worked well. I was talking mainly 20mg Levitra. A few months ago this only resulted in a less than satisfactory "half erection" and that has been the case since. However I have been woken during the night with a good erection so the "plumbing must still be working.
Avatar n tn 5mg) This is my trimix dosage. I am told from other forums this is extremely high and should keep me hard for at least 2 hrs. I am suppose to go to 100 units but usually just go to 30-40 units. Still only keeps semi hard for 30 minutes or so and then another hour just fat but flacid. Not sure why such a strong dose does not work.
Avatar f tn Nitrates (nitrogen oxide donors) should not be taken with Viagra. Concomitant use of Viagra and nitrates may cause severe drop in blood pressure. I recommend you consult your cardiologist before using Viagra, and yes it may help in your case if it is not contraindicated.
Avatar m tn Overall I'm happy with viagra but sometimes its 5-hour window is simply too short. Sometimes I need the longer lasting window of cialis. Is it safe to take viagra and cialis based on how long you want the time-window to be? For example I'm literally considering taking viagra during some weeknights and 1 cialis pill to cover the weekends. As long as I dont overlap the dosages (i.e. take one while the other is still in me) is this ok?
Avatar n tn t been able to get or hold erections....not often but enough that it bothers me. I have tried all kinds of drugs...viagra, cialis, over the counter stuff....they work but I don't like the side effects or having to use chemicals. Is there anything natural out there that gives you that extra sex drive you need to ensure you always get and hold a good erection...or should I just assume I will have that problem because I am getting older...I don't want to lose it.
Avatar m tn The viagra dosage was a single 100mg Pfizer Viagra tablet. I only have one left but I'll look into the other medicines you mentioned. Thanks for your advice.
Avatar n tn Since they both independently dilate the blood vessels, it is conceivable that together they could lower the blood pressure too much. So Viagra is usually not recommended for men with high blood pressure. However, if he has vascular damage which is affecting erections, he should see consult his cardiologist to determine whether Viagra, Cialis, etc. are safe for him. Unless your partner has physiological factors which inhibit erection, there are other many other avenues to explore.
Avatar m tn I recommended to use generic drugs. Google it to find cheap drugs. i do buy from www.a2zepharma.com. you can try from it. Good luck!
Avatar f tn I used it in conjunction with my viagra and when i ran out of my viagra supply. It is L-Arginine. Another supplement is L-Carnitine. Don't take them together. L-Carnitine should be taken on a emply stomach. There are many different forms--and they each have a slightly different function. What i took of the L-Carnitine is GPLC by Jarrow pharmaceuticals. I know Australia has several good supplier of supplements. L-Arginine works differently than viagra.

Avatar m tn Hello, I have read in a few websites that there is an increased risk of priapism in patients who take ED drugs like Cialis/Viagra/Levitra and who also have (among other conditions) Sickle Cell Disease and/or Beta Thalassemia. It's not clear to me whether Beta Thalassemia Minor (my condition) also increases that risk.I could not find much information about it.
