, take biotin, evening primrose oil, Omega-3, and MSM. I really notice when I slack off on the MSM. I tried taking Ashwagandha, but didn't notice it really did anything for me.
I take a bunch more too, but those are things I've always taken, like Chromium piccolinate, Vit A, C, and E, lysine and alpha lipoic acid.
