Lately I’ve notice veins on my inner calf bulging out where I can feel them on my skin and they somewhat twist... as well as being able to feel my femoral vein running down my inner thigh to my knee cap, which I’m not sure if it’s normal to be able to feel that vein on the skin or not. But I’ve been having inner thigh pain and calf pain when I walk. Is this a serious issue or just common with varicose veins? I’m thinking about seeing my PC doc.

This pregnancy i have developed some varicose veins. I have one that is protruding on my left inner calf and is right on top of bad spider vein. It is tender to the touch and i can feel a little discomfort walking up and down stairs. Is this normal or could it actually be a blood clot? It is not warm to the touch just painful and tender.

If they start enlarging (less likely) get an evaluation for varicose veins penis. The varicose vein on the penis does not require any treatment. It may bruise during sexual intercourse and thus wearing of a condom is highly recommended.
