Having both testes reside
in the same side of your scrotum is quite uncommon on a natural basis. If you had surgery on your testis, the operating urologist may have placed both on one side, although, again, this is not common practice. The varicocele may figure into your problem. You will need to seek the assistance of a urologist to get evaluated for your infertility and to help figure out the cause and possible treatment.
Azoospermia will not correct itself.
