If you have varicose veins in your legs can you also have them in your head or lungs? what is the best treatment? laser, radio, surgery?

Note that when you have laser treatment it destroys the veins so the blood will go to other veins and the problem will most likely return.

Okay so the other night my leg started throbbing :( and it hurts to move my ankle and bend my leg. It hurts to stand or straighten.. I did some looking online and I'm pretty sure I have a varicose vein :( I don't know what to do.. Should I go to an urgent care or ER or hold it off tilmy appointment Monday? Hey everyone, we are getting really close and hope everyone is doing well, as for me I had my 30 week check up and my dr said no working for me, my legs are so messed up with Varicose veins I have to start wearing a support belt and full stockings. That sound fun!!! Even when I am at home in bed!!!!She said everthing else was good and I am now going every 2 weeks. Hi, I am wondering why there isn't a varicose veins forum!? Where else might I post my varicose veins concerns? I posted in the Deep Vein Thrombosis forum but noticed it is rarely used. I'm not certain but isn't DVT a result of varicose veins? And if varicose veins are more common, with DVT being a side affect, then Why not change that forum to Varicose Veins? " Bulging veins are prominent, enlarged veins that often appear blue or purple. They’re easy to see because they’re superficial veins close to the surface of your skin and typically occur on show up in your legs, feet, ankles and hands.
