t know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? So, is the inhibition reversible or irreversible and why? I know it is not an easy question but I can't find on the internet this answer.

Well the Cialis is similar to a viagara. It's a 36hr time released Vasodilator that helps w blood flow to the penis. It doesn't help w/ increased libido but it helps the erection problems. It works and is not covered by my insurance so it's quite expensive.

I found that 50mg of Metoprolol twice a day would mostly control it, but as a 33 year old man, I began to notice major erection issues since being on it. Ok so I've been on Metoprolol 50-100mg a day for about a year for benign tachycardia. It's overall worked good for me. I'm about to start Cialis, so hopefully that will help regardless, but my cardiologist mentioned that I might try Cardizem. He was suggesting it had fewer sexual side effects.

id recommend you start using a vagina masturbation tool with some lube. seriously. and get some viagra at a low dose just to get confidence back. otherwise youre going to spiral down and crash. the feel of a vaginal toy will mimic the feel with the silicone vs your hand whihc is rougher and harder pressure.

As far as your erection problems and the penile length issues are concerned, you should start yourself on a 5 PDE (Phosphodiesterase type-5) inhibitor like sildenalfil or vardenafil under the care of urologist and see how you do. PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are safe and very effective but results may vary. I've been taking Cialis for over a year with excellent results and no relevant side effects. I also tried Levitra and it worked fine but Cialis is my favorite. Everyone is different, though: some men prefer Levitra, others prefer Cialis or Viagra.
Ok so I took a Cialis from my bf and took it to see of it could help me have an orgasm as lately I on anti depressants and haven't been able too. My face got hot and swollen and turned purplish red and my nose is plugged etc. Is that a normal reaction for a female using Cialis?
