Is anybody else experiencing a discomfort in the vaginal area. I can only describe it as if it's inner stretching or like when you pull a muscle and can only feel it when I walk or do something. Just wandered if this is normal and what it could be?

I have been experiencing a bit of pain and discomfort in my vaginal area. It does not feel like an infection nor are there any signs of an infection. It feels like things are swollen almost without any actual swelling. This is my second pregnancy and I didn't have this with my first. I know this has been caused by the skin being stretched as my partner did insert four fingers inside me which we did have to stop due to discomfort. Has this happened to anyone else, if so how long does it take to heal?. I have avoided sex and will continue to do so until the split has healed completely.
