vagina odor

For atleast a month now I've been having this strong odor coming from my vagina. I am sexually active we do use condoms and at times we don't. I really didn't start getting this odor until I started wearing tampons. I don't know if its because I left one in to long one time or what but the odor is bad.I dislike having sex with my partner because of the smell. I have an appointment on the 31st of October to get on birth control.

I would go to the doctor. I don't think a uti causes odor. A vagina infection would.

So I have never had a problem with vagina odor until 3 days ago. I am 24 years old, my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years, and I have been on the nuvaring for about 3 years now. I have never really had much of a scent down there and when I do, it isn't very strong and it's not a bad smell at all, my boyfriend actually loves my smell. Hi i am 13 years old and today when i went to do number 2 there was blood coming out of my vagina. It was very thick. I noticed a changed a increase in discharge n odor not like a stanky odor but I noticed its more or of a sweeter smell but like u said I have no infections wat so ever I've only gotten one uti outta this whole pregnancy n its weird cuz before preggers I was prone to bacterial infections cuz my lady parts is so sensitive to everything but now I've gotten none lol won't complain tho but strange how ur body reacts to being pregnant:)

Is the odor coming from inside the vagina? It could be bv but if it's the outside your natural scent is musty. I recommend shaving often and washing the outside of your vagina with water mixed with vinegar or baking soda daily. Also rubbing half a lime or lemon around vagina and then rinse with water often.

t have a dry vagina. My guess is a bacterial infection in the vagina. Possible bacterial vaginosis, but definately go to the gyno especially if your sexually active. Also, it may be the soap you're using in the shower irritating your vagina. Body washes like oil of olay, dove, stuff like that pisses off you vag.
