I was born with a strawberry birth mark to the left of my clit, there are no muscles over there. My pc muscles are all on the right side of my vagina. I can clench my finger while in my vagina but still do not have muscles on my left all the way back-all there is there is bone. Will this one day cause prolapse or problems with childbirth?

I'm afraid to have sex after I give birth. My vagina isn't as tight as it used to be. I mean I'm a gonna be a first time mom and if I can see I'm not as tight as I used to be now it makes me afraid for after birth. I know your vagina goes back the way it was but Idk. I'm having a natural birth as well at home with a midwife. She recommended that I do NOT do the vaginal massage. She said that ultimately your vagina will expand on its own when ready for delivery. You'll just end up being sore down there for no reason. But, still check with your midwife and see what she says.
