I don't think I have any words of wisdom, but I did a lot of apologizing this year, lol. Even though I didn't do the steps I feel like I have made ammends with those I harmed, mostly my family. I just wanted to ask how step 8 works. Do you go to all the people you hurt with your addiction and apologize, sorry just not sure what you have to do?

I am 37 years old. I having a problem while I am writing.. I unable to hold a pen in one position.. while I writes my hands go different directions. I have to keep change my finger position while I writes.

This change is having 2 effects on users. They are either going to rehab. because of the shortage of Prescription drugs, or they are going to Heroin. We discussed this in the last few meetings. I have a nephew in Florida who was taking 40+ Hydro's or whatever per day from 3+ different Doctors. Now the gravy train has ended for him, forced to rehab. due to lack of supply. This will be increasing as the Database gets more centralized. Cannot Doctor shop....

I would go with an allergist. They have degrees in immunology, and can get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, please be careful - reactions can get worse. It happened to me, and all the while my docs gave me prednisone, and told me probably food, detergent, etc. Well, it got so severe (whole nother story) and ended up being a med I was on. The very ones they told me weren't likely to have allergic reaction.

ve aged a lot in a short amount of time, my body. I still get the occational sharp pains in that breast. And I wonder where this lump is going when it's getting smaller & & &.. I think rest seems to be my only best friend, if I get enough of it I do a lot better. I haven't taken any meds for this lump, I refused medication........ but what really gets to me is this TIREDNESS, my energy levels, my body feels unhealthy, I feel incapable... I don't feel like me.

Im still in labor they have been trying to stop my contractions to try and keep him in a little longer but contractions keep coming back so im hoping it wont be long.

Other oils such as clary sage oil should not be used until you are term as they may cause more intense contractions in the uterus. That being said i would only use about 4 drops of oil in a bath just incase because it can irritate your skin. Also, to be most effective be sure your essential oils are pure not mixed with any other kind and be careful as to what kind of plant the lavender oil is coming from.

So for the past hour and a half I've been having contractions that are between 3-7 minutes apart but more on the side of 4 minutes apart. Another 30 minutes and me and baby girl will be off to the hospital. I was also having contractions on and off since 8am this morning and then actually started writing them down at 1pm and then took a nap after the last one at 540pm and then woke up to one and started counting and writing down again. I think its time to go soon...like very soon.

Does anybody know if Silvadene is alright for somebody w/HEP C-liver damage? I went to ER today for my burnt hand and the RN triage nurse put Silvadene cream on it & wrapped it up in gauze and sent me home. It's a 2nd degree burn from the stove burner. Hurts, but I'm on pain med. Just 1 handed for awhile, it's my left hand-the one I write with. This is the 2nd time I've tried to write this - the 1st one I lost because writing it 1 handed, I hit the wrong key.

I had to get an internal monitor so they could watch baby which ruled out using the hot tub or shower so ive been using just warm heat packs on my back, my goal is to do no pain meds so far ive managed to stay strong.

I'm 38 weeks been having contractions all day to where it's hard to walk. Went to bed and now they seem to have slowed down however I keep waking up to pee and I wake up starving not sure why. Hey all! I found myself at the doctor yesterday with contractions 3 minutes apart (22 weeks). I have always been a very crampy and braxton hick pregnant person ... so I thought it was probably nothing. But after drinking plenty of water, taking ibuprofen (dr's orders) and resting, it was not easing up at all. My doc greated me with a smile and "You know this can't be anything serious because we don't have any beds for you". There's the chief of OB for you.

5 mile walk does allot. I ended up in the hospital last night with contractions, they sent me home though after getting them kinda settled down. the tightening in youf abdomen are contractions. Start timing and writing them down. When they are 5 minutes apart its time to call your Dr and go to the hospital.
