Im in the UK and it seems the first step is the urine test according to my NHS walk in centre but you can ask for the blood test straight away if your really worried....but I think that depends on any symptoms. Ive heard different opinions on the urine test though, I have been told that its no good by one or two people but then afew others have said its fine for an intial check. Ive had a urine test and it was ok so Im just curious, as it was clear is that it? am I clear for diabetes? thanks.

Saw a doc, did not disclose panties, they did urinary test for uti but came back neg, also sent off to lab fir extended test and possiblw std test... Not sure if std test though, dont quite remember. Anyway came back yesterday with no infection. Still have discomfort and some burning after peeing. Wife now has uti symptoms BUT she has had bladder problems since giving birth 6 months ago. Had bladder infection a few weeks ago too. Still no worries from panties????

t know if urine test gives the same result as blood test. Has anyone used Glucotest or PawCheck? Both are home tests. Appreciate any feedback.

Don't worry about the silly test. If it's a urine test the medications will show up in your urine, especially the methadone. It has a very long half life. Please reconsider the way you are taking your medication and be honest with your self and the doctors. You will be much better off in the short and long run. good luck.

It depends on what kind of test you used and how far spaced apart you took the test. Were the digital or line test? Line test are more sensitive and digitals are not. Blue dye test are not reliable I would always use a pink dye test. If you answer some of these questions I might be able to help further.

1) in addition of the urine test positive, Is a visual and & physical exam enough to make a correct verdict? 2) I am worry about the single sore (ulcer) almost resorbed.
