The latest lab test slip had written chlamydia, gonorrhea, trich and had urine culture checked off. I just learned today when speaking with a lab representative that all chlamydia/gonorrhea tests done at this hospital are culture tests. I read that the culture tests are not as sensitive as the non-culture NAAT tests and that most places have switched to NAAT test. Moreover, culture tests are harder to conduct sometimes causing lots of false negatives in inexperienced hands.
fatigue, urgency to urine, cramps (which progressed in strength within 3 day period) and strangely enough, I got sick in the morning. now I know that if I was pregnant, it was too early for morning sickness, BUT when I took the test, it read negative! I had preterm labor at 29 weeks pregnant and never would have suspected. Also, when my water finally did break at 38 weeks it was such a small trickle it didn't even test positive for amniotic fluid. Im 20 and im a male.
So sometimes when i urinate it burns and sometimes it will be cloudy, and sometimes it wont. I've had urine tests done to see if i had any UTI'S or any other infections such as sti's/std's and everything came back clear. I got a kidney and bladder ultrasound done, and it came back perfect, but sometimes when i pee its so sore and cloudy as hell so somethings obviously not right.
The doctor then ordered a urine test (it took an hour to get the results), and a urine culture test (5 days). Both came back negative. There is no swelling, no discharge of any type, Urine is clear (or the usual yellowish) and doesn't smell funny, the only sympton is the itchyness.
Now said doctor is on vacation, I have to find another one, but in the mean time, does anyone have any idea about what this could it be? Maybe a swab test can detect anything that the urine culture missed?
ve tested since then with first mornnig urine, chances are slim that the test would be wrong. Brown discharge can be normal, and happen right before or right after as period - it;s old blood.
Maybe wait another few days and if this doesn't turn into a period like flow, then test again with first morning urine.

Don't worry about the silly test. If it's a urine test the medications will show up in your urine, especially the methadone. It has a very long half life. I took a urine test at the health department and was positive. I'm 8 weeks today and haven't had morning sickness. Only symptoms are tiredness. Is this normal?
