Avatar f tn For the last 2 weeks I have low temperature in the morning about 34.50, this goes back to normal at the end of the day. I also have a urine infection and am taking antibiotics.
Avatar f tn Do you normally track your temps? Is this high and for you and has it continued to be high? How long is you cycle normally? Best to wait and see if your period comes, if not then take a test with first morning urine. You can test early, but it's most accurate to wait till the day or after your period is due.
Avatar m tn Hi Doc, I cleared the hep c virus 10 years ago, by 6 months of Peg-interferon and Ribivirin (I had 3A genotype). Now I am experiencing Protein in my urine (500+) and a little swelling in my ankles and cold toes (when ac is on). I am seeing a Nephrologist and a Hematologist who ran a number of blood and urine tests. Tests showed a "Faint Mono IgG, everything else is normal - Kidney tests etc. Question could the Cryoglobin test be positive although they said it is Negative.
Avatar m tn In addition In the blood test that was taken concurrently with the 'morning' urine sample (specific gravity 1.012), both UREA and CREAT readings were reported as below the norm (2.9L mmol (range 3.0-7.5), 56L mmol (range 60-110) respectively).
Avatar m tn s very interesting and hopefully more tests will reveal further. Do you know about the ZRT lab testing for iodine with urine spot test. It only requires one urine sample from the night before bed and one in the morning, no loading required. Do you know if that would be useful accurate?
Avatar m tn Hi, For alsmost 3 weeks my girlfriend has higher body temperature (from 37,1 to 37,5 celsius) not all the time during the day but maybe 7-8 hours a day. She made blood and urine test, everything was ok. She went to the gynecologist-ok ; teeth -ok. She has not been to any tropical country. If you have any ideas please answer. Thanks.
Avatar f tn Hi everyone, I have just been diagnosed with adrenal problems but my doctor also wants to test my thyroids with a iodine urine test. All blood tests came back normal so this is another route we are taking. It comes with the bottle to collect the urine, instructions on how to mail the test out and a huge Iodine pill for me to take before the test. I'm just a little confused about what I can and cannot eat 48 hours before the test.
Avatar n tn Do you really KNOW what your numbers are, did the doctor actually give you the test results? See where you are in the range, in the higher range or in the middle? Even when my free t-3 was not out of range but at the top of the range, I felt hyper. Some docs won't treat unless you are OUT of the range, some will.
Avatar n tn Does any one has idea about copper test of urine? I recently had copper test of urine resulted 33.7+/- 3.7 mcg/l. is this within range?
Avatar f tn Like checking for a subtance called transthyretrin (also known as prealbumin) along with the TRH (thyrotropin-releasing hormone) stimulation test. Another test I have heard of is the Barnes Basal temperature Test were you check your Basal temperature axillary first thing in the morning when you wake before getting out of bed with a glass thermometer, if hormone is low , your temperature would be below 97.8F (normal throughtout the day is 98.
Avatar f tn Can someone please tell me what's the temperature for ovulation and a normal temperature give me the number?????
Avatar n tn I tested a little over 110 days post incident when women took a tube of blood from vein. I did not get results until five business days later. It was negative. If they did not do test right of way should I question it. They said I was fine but my body might be fighting infection. Test was negative. The only thing I currently feel is a little soreness under arm pit now.
Avatar n tn The crystals you mentioned can be present in the urine of healthy individuals. These usually form when the pH, solute concentration, and temperature of the urine are within a specific range. If these crystals are made of substances that are supposed to be in urine, such as calcium oxalate or phosphate, then they are considered to be normal.
Avatar f tn Definitely wait until at least the 18th of November. If you are pregnant, and you test too early, you will get a false negative. And use FMU. It will be the most concentrated. Yes it is true that your body temperature goes up when you're ovulating. It can mean that you're pregnant, but not necessarily. My body temperature always stays up until my period comes, and I've been charting since the beginning of January.
Avatar n tn Hi, I'm new here, but hope someone might be able to give me some clues as I am baffled! I've been suffering with many hypo symptoms for some time (pretty much since the birth of my second daughter 2 years ago). My 1st results, a few months after I had her, showed a tsh level of 0.33 (range 0.3-6.0) and there is apparently no record of t3 or t4 results. I repeated the blood test a few weeks ago and results were tsh = 0.51, t4 13.2.
Avatar n tn till now nothing yet.. my temperature range from 97.97 thru 98.40 all this week am very bloating i feel cane tired... wel my question if am pregnat my temperature in what range can be?????????? i feel my bubbys like burning sensation (litttle beat) i have cramps that go and back.....am scared to test!!!!
Avatar f tn Just because your thyroid related test results are within the so-called "normal" range does not preclude being hyperthyroid. The ranges are far too broad to be functional at extreme levels for everyone. Plus, there are many additional variables that affect what is known as tissue thyroid effects, so you need to also test for cortisol and ferritin levels. The bottom line is that symptoms are more important in assessing a person's thyroid status than lab test results.
Avatar n tn As well as my Cortisol blood levels being raised, I also have had a urine cortisol test come back as slightly raised, but have done the salivary adrenal profile with the 4 samples throughout the day and that came back low. So I'm utterly confused when it comes to Cortisol.
