Had old 10 mg of opana from script 2 yrs ago left over when switched pain has been pretty bad so I took them in place of my oxycodone for a few days no help. Will they show up on a urine test 5 days after I stopped taking them?

Before I gave sample I felt urine and I got confused what should I pass first urine or sperm, so I thought if I pass urine first sperms may include remaining drops of urine in ganitalia so I felt better to pass sperm first and did same, my question is edaculation while feeling urine does it effect test results such as motility or urine drops can be included and effect motility?

I had a Chlamydia and Gonorrhea urine test 11 days post possible exposure. The test was done by Nucleic Acid Amplification. My urine was also in my bladder for an hour and I only sampled the begining part of my stream per the test collecter. I was negative for both. Is this an accurate test and would you consider it conclusive? I never had any symtoms and feel fine but I want to be sure that these tests are accurate.

Chlamydia can be detected through urine testing. But lots of things are tested through the urine. You should ask your doctor what and why you were tested for. You are entitled to know what you were seen for. And what they test you for as well.

Hi having it orally is quite rare and you would have a sore throat if you did left untreated and would not show up on a urine test.

I really don’t feel like I should repeat testing as the risk was so low, I did not urinate two hours prior to the test, and I did use first pass urine, but the whole “do not wipe your genital” thing is really throwing me off. Like I mentioned before, I did not wipe my genital with soap or water or anything like that, but I may have wiped off discharge with my boxers. m finding in a QUICK search by someone who is a non-medical professional is that low BP is not as concerning as high BP. The urine test they are having you do will most likely be the most telling. A blood test could also tell if you have Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension (which could explain your earlier high BP). Ruling out PIH is important. You will test negative as I understand your test is at least 4-5 days away. You NEED to report this to the police dept and get a report for your PM and call them and tell them what has happened! You should be fine with the urine test. Good doing for staying clean for ten days. The trick is to stay clean. Do it for yourself, not just the urine test. It gets easier every day.
