In my urine routine test i found Occessional RBCs and occult blood. I diid other tests like Himogram,Urine crtena,24 hr protein. All test found normal.

my stool sample tested positive for occult blood. I went to the ER for the pains, where they did a CBC, urinalysis, and LFT test. They found occult blood in my urine, which the doctor suggested might be related to a kidney stone.
When I got home, my PCP ordered abdominal and pelvic CT scans without contrast to look for stones. When that test was negative, he ordered an ultrasound of my kidneys. That test was also negative. He, again, drew blood for LFT, CBC, and thyroid. All came back normal.

Thanks for the comment. I have been testing for a lot of things... all sorts of bacteria and a few viruses, WBC, gallbladder ultrasounds, etc. They've never been able to make a definite diagnosis. Judging by clinical observation and present autoantibodies, doctors could only tell me that there are only two certain things about my condition:
1. an autoimmune component; 2. a liver component. Something is affecting my immune system and my liver.

It could be from hemeroids if you don't use the bathroom on a normal basis. I'd see you PCP, they can do a fecal occult test to check for blood in the stool.
