I was going to buy it until i found that out. Cuz at my 15week appt i had a urine test done and it showed my ph level which was high so i went off that and at 18weeks i found out it was a girl.

I agree with lucky. Was the sore there before you started scratching or after? If the sore was caused by your scratching, it could also have started out as a yeast infection or UTI since it sounds like you were pretty itchy down there before it started burning. There are kits at the pharmacies that can check for yeast infections and UTIs. I've never tried them so I don't know how well they work.

Hi, I used an ovulation testing kit this month. The best way to do this is to pee in the cup then hold the strip in the cup for 10-15 secs (thats wat i did). On CD12 i tested, got a control line but no test line. on CD15 i tested & got both the Control line & test line, and my test line was darker than my control. The test line HAS to be darker than the control line to be a positive for ovulation. If it is fainter than the control line, then its not a positive for ovulation.

i repeated the test at a different lab my urine PH came 8 btw and esterase/nitrite came negative, my problem is that sometimes i get urge to go without really having that big amount to empty, i know i can hold more for longer!

Around two months ago I started seeing a nephrologist to see if the blood is coming from the kidneys, and around the same time my UA test started showing protein in my urine. Bellow are the results of my last UA and a 24hr urine protein. With this results, Is the protein in my urine secondary to the gross hematuria or am I having protein in my urine because some how my kidneys are not working right??? A high ph is related to girls and low for boys. If you had a urine test done and can get your ph level then you can actually figure it out on your own. Based off my ph its predicted ill have a girl so we shall see on the 24th.

Sorry if I posted this under the wrong topic,nothing else seemed to fit for my question.Anyway this morning I did a at home 10 panel urine test and it showed a trace of protein in my urine.My ph. was around 6.5 and everything else was negative or "normal".What I have found so far online is that stress can cause protein in the urine if there is no disease like kidney problems or diebetes,which I don't think I have.So is protein in the normal okay for me?

I'm guessing they probably aren't very accurate & cost bw $30 & $40...but I might still buy one just for the fun of it..
