well it depend on what time in the day that you took the pregnancy test too, if you took any of the test early in the morning with your first morning urnie that is the one that you should go by, the first urine of the day is the most potant and accurate urine sample of all.... so try taking one again with the first mornigs urine and that is what to go by....

Is it possible to have a negative urine pregnancy test and then have a positive blood test? Next fri. I am to go in and do a urine test and a blood test. still low hgc level (meaning not that far along yet), not enough urine used, or old hpt (sat on the shelf at the store to long)! Like the others said would test again in a day or so and in the morning....and if you are still getting a faint line have the blood test done to confirm it!

Unfortunately people often read pregnancy tests wrong. So a blood or urine test by your doctor would probably be the best way to go. Or get a different pregnancy test that is easier to read. That being said, no matter how faint a line (unless its to the point of being an imaginary line) it tends to mean a person is pregnant. Testing your urine first thing in the morning may produce a darker line. Good luck!

She said that the yellow in your urine which the hcg is in is heavier. So she said what it would do is seperate like it is trying to flush it self out. So of course I tried it and sure enough when I peed the hcg went to the bottom.

A test at this point should be more than accurate. Get another one (pink dye is recommended) and take it with first morning urine. If this too is negative, make an appointment with your doctor and have blood testing done.

I had high protein 2 weeks ago. Tested again this week and it was normal. Most women test high at some point in pregnancy, doesn't mean anything unless you get more than one in a row. I hadn't eaten much 2 weeks ago, that was probably the reason it was high for me. Dehydration can be another reason. Odds are you have nothing to worry about, just take it as it comes. should be concerned if its nly higher than 3-4..but im worrying about the presenc of organism in urine..in the report they hvnt indicated any value..just a plus sign..so should I get a urine culture done to get treated?
