It would be helpful to know something about your sexual risks for STD, which would be a better basis than WBC in your
urine to judge the likelihood you have
gonorrhea or
chlamydia, such as new sexual partnership, multiple partners, whether your partner(s) have sex with other persons, etc. Also your age. Depending on these factors, your risk might be low enough that you can rely on the urine/WBC result without other testing.
