It was the test for the 24 hour pee thing. I got my test results back; everything was fine except I seem to be low on Vitamin D.
There is something else that I would like to add... For the past 2 years of my life I have been suffering from anhendonia... I am just wondering if Vitamin D deficiency can cause that.
Here is all my symptoms I am getting:
Muscle spasms
Anxiety
Anhendonia
Loss of Sex Drive
Loss of positive emotions

There are already tests available to test your monoamines (serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine). I emailed the doc who said the elevated dopamine is normal and it could be much higher and still be normal.

I am no doctor and do not suffer from adrenal insufficiency that I know of yet. I see and endo next week for testing, but I think the high dopamine levels may indicate more of a psychological aspect. Perhaps mood swings, aggression, anxiety or hyperactivity? Also, I think it might indicate trouble with the GI tract? They also see this in people who are schizophrenic- not saying that you are, but it's characteristic. The opposite is true for low dopamine levels.

For the past 2-3 months I've been waking up really tired, unmotivated, everything from my view is seen as dull and I really can't take it anymore. Anyway please note that dopamine is triggered when you are having fun and vice versa (even eating trigger dopamine production) or by directly stimulating the receptors with drugs... You can't just not swallow a precursor to dopamine and hope to give you a high moral boost or high sex drive... Anyway.. Rhodiola rosea might give you a little boost.

So i decided by myself to take high dosage of pure vitamin B6 and my erection improved amazingly,but these high dosages can cause damage on the central nervous system after a time range.taking it into account i would like to do a doctor visit to ask to him a dopamine agonist,what do you think?

How accurate other labs are i can't say. You could ask for a blood test. I had a protected sex encounter with a sex worker about 3 weeks ago. At the third day of my exposure, i did an Urine Culture Test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. Test result is negative. However, these few days i am having some weird tickling feeling on my penis. Sometimes, i can feel some sharp tickling at the tip of my penis, especially when i am walking. But, I do not feel any pain during my urination.
My questions are:
- Is the urine test on the 3rd day conclusive?
