I have been having really foamy urine for a while and am worried about it. I am a 22 yr old man, somewhat over wieght. 5' 10" 200 lbs. The urine foams up alot on the water surface, and this has never happened to me my entire life, so I know it is not normal. I am use to seeing bubbles come and pop quickle, but sometime the whole surface is covered in foam and bubbles and it stays for a long time. I have been to the urologist and had urinalysis which came back normal.
Unfortunately people often read pregnancy tests wrong. So a blood or urine test by your doctor would probably be the best way to go. Or get a different pregnancy test that is easier to read.
That being said, no matter how faint a line (unless its to the point of being an imaginary line) it tends to mean a person is pregnant. Testing your urine first thing in the morning may produce a darker line.

Yes, a better diet, more exercise, drinking more water, etc. is great, but if you continue to abuse alcohol, well.....think about it. You have to be realistic and honest with yourself.

Hello, I'm 27 years old and last year (Aug 2022)I started to develop foamy urine. When to the doctor and ask me to do a urine test. The results were Urea = 5.60 mmol/l. Creatinine = 106.00 umol/l. Sodium = 141 mmol/l. Potassium = 4.50 mmol/l and chloride = 101.80 mmol/l.
My doctor give me antibiotics and told me to drink more water. I started to drink more water but when I reduced a bit my water consumption, my urine will be foamy again. Till now I'm still developing foamy urine.

Putting the two together, a night drinking followed by the sleep that follows, without drinking enough water, leads to a reduction of urine in the bladder, and consequently more overnight it becomes more concentrated (many of the symptoms of a 'hangover' are also from dehydration). A bladder with concentrated urine in is a good breeding ground for bacteria, and in addition can irritate the bladder walls and urinary tract, causing cystitis like symptoms.

Increase your intake of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol. Pimple like bumps can be due to boils, folliculitis, impetigo or pyoderma.Topical antibiotics and oral antibiotics may help.
