Any natural remedies for gas? It's not burping or coming out the other end, but it's just stuck in my stomach and since yesterday it's been very painful.

You could always try just sitting on the toilet and waiting and seeing if it isnt gas. I havent found any remedies to help gas come, but yoi could also try a bath or a shower...anything to help you relax. Sorry im not much help :( its really frustrating when you dont get advice and mine isnt much...

Hi All, About two months ago I started getting some burning/pain in my upper middle stomach. Over the next week it turned into adding bloating and pretty bad gas pains, constant belching, and slight pains in the ribs. The pain isn’t excruciating but it’s just there enough to be all I think about. The gas and bloating is infuriating. I went to my doc and she started me on Pepcid ac. It seemed to help for about a week then stopped helping.

I had my appendix removed when I had severe stomach pain in my side and back...it felt like pain from gas. If it lasts longer than a day and you cannot function normally you should go to the hospital.

Hi I have pain behind my breastbone and slightly to the left side under my ribs, with excess gas and bloating to my stomach. I have also have heartburn occasionally. This has got progressively worse in the past year since having an endoscopy which found nothing untoward other than inflammation due to excess stomach acid.

Hi guys, Although my noninvasive implants were burnt off in Jan 08 i am still experiencing severe bloating which is outright uncomfortable and painful as it pushes on my 15cm scar tissue. In fact my stomach has never looked the same since first being diagnosed 2 years ago. I am still quite active and go to the gym 5 days a week. Does anyone know anything that might help with severe bloating? i look 9 months pregnant by the afternnon!

At first I thought it was just an upset stomach, or that I had eaten something bad. I have tried not eating dairy products as I then thought it might be lactose problems. t usually get an upset stomach after drinking beer (although I usually drink lager), but I do have an acid reflux problem which Ive had for a number of years ( I take pepcid 2 when needed at night and that does the trick). Hello Cynthia~It sounds to me like you could have a very bad case of gas, gas can get trapped under the ribs and sometimes even lift them up a little, I know, I speak from experience. Does this happen only when you eat, or do you have it with you most all the time? I would try taking some activated charcoal, you can get this in a capsule form from a health food store and it literally draws all the gas out of a person, also, try some digestive enzymes, again, obtainable at a health food store.

t overdo it or you could upset his blood calcium balance. If his stomach problems ease then you could stop giving him the Tums.This will help if there is any hyperacidity in his stomach. Tums are pure calcium carbonate. I wouldn't use any other "human" indigestion remedies, as they contain other things which may be harmful to dogs.
