m on my 26th day clean frm methadone and I am sooo proud of myself but, I keep getting this pain that feels like hunger pains in my upper stomach area....I just never ever been this hungry and besdes I have not gotten my appetite back where I can eat right. I was wondering if anyone went through this also.
Hi I dont want to sound like im a hypercondriac but the abdomial pain that women experince with ovarian cancer is it lower or upper pain. I have upper stomach pain for over a yr now. It comes and goes its really high like right under the v part the ribs and top of stomach. I had a scope down the throat and and stomach they said there is redness and iritation there and had colonosopy also both done in june.
Hi. I'm 34 year old mother of 2 young children. For the last year, I haven't been able to feel normal. Last September, I was vomiting so I went to the doctor and she ran regular blood work and it showed urobilinogen in my urine (4.0). She did an ultrasound of my gallbladder and liver and it showed no abnormalities. We did urine again a week later and it was down to 0.2.
Does anything help it go away? This is the first time I've experienced back pain like this its sore like if i slept on my back the wrong way but its odd because its only in one spot. I wanted to run some errands now i can't.
Im 16 years old and ive been having these really bad stomach pains like im being stabbed in the stomach im not pregnant i know for sure but its like in multiple places in my stomach and it hurts really bad its like to the right close to the bottom of my rib and to the left same and near the center and also like toward the upper stomach area near the top of my ribs and multiple places in my stomach area its like being punched several times then stabbed and sometimes it hurts so bad i cry it will
The stomach pain doesn't wake me at night. I only get the pain when I am awake. The pain comes and goes. I will try to cut down on fried food to see if it will stop hurting. It has been hurting for about a week. I am going to take Pepcid for a while to see if it will help.
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have had lower and upper abdominal pain. When I sneeze or caugh I feel a tightening in my lower stomach. Any ideas??
I have been experiencing upper stomach pains that goes across my whole abdominal area right underneath my diaphram. This pain feels like I am very hungry and my stomach is signaling to me that I am hungry. I'm usually not hungry and this pain continues to happen even after I eat. My appetite has signficantly gone down since the pains have started because they only get worse after I eat. On a scale from one to ten my pain is around a 4.

The upper sac can not digest food it just sits there, and with some people after a big meal if slouched over with the stomach and esophagus in a compressed form, the olower esophagus can literally dip into the upper stomach contents, in most cases due to the closer proximity it is easier for stomach acids to jump up into the esophagus.

From about 3 years ago I am having a dull stomach pain while sleeping, which causes sore throat and much discomfort and restlessness. When the pain is not so much, I feel better throughout the day until falling asleep again. If the pain is more intense this remains during the day.
Yes, ive has ultrasound, ct and mri. The pain is in my upper right under breast and upper left under breast. It has also moved to my epigastric area. Sharp and burning. Worse at night. Have EGD scheduled for tomorrow. Scared out of my mind. Worried about cancer from leaving it untreated. Didn't want to take meds. Now I am on prevacid.
