Can you post a typical days menu for us to look at? Might be able to give you some hints. There can be lots of reasons for stalled/slow weight loss, and if you give me an idea of what and how much you are eating, we might be able to figure out what you can do.
I was talking about all the talk about the virus returning to wild type and the resitance mutations disappearing in 2 years time. Tracy Swan from Treatment Action Group and Jules Levin from NATAP are experts on this subject and that is where I am getting most of my information regarding resistance and the fact that no one can say that it is totally gone unless the patient is put on drugs again. .
Are we gonna make it like Rocky? Tingling 2 the Revenge? My suggestion on how to sleep....is already known! Ok, I don't want to transform all of you in a bunch of drug addicted, but have you tried a tranquillizer just once? Just to see whether your tingling diminishes the moment you calm down? @rnneeedshelp: as my "colleague" has written, you are anxious over the symptoms, not the opposite, and the same is for all of us.
Doc will schedule me for a Diabetes class to revisit the basics of Diabetes care. I very much appreciate WaveRider's suggestion that I view the Nordisk demo . I THINK I NAILED IT ! ! [preparing the pen - rolling rolling rolling roll on! ] If anyone would like to comment or ask any questions , feel free!!

This is a difficult situation you are in. Two months is a long time for a dog to be on steroids. Has the vet said anything about doing periodic bloodwork during that time? It would be a good idea because unfortunately, IBD really only responds to steroid therapy, but dogs do not tolerate steroids real well and a number of problems can develop because of their use.
I have been treated for prostatitis with multiple two week cycles of doxycycline, (2) six week cycles of levaquin, (2) 30 day cycles of amiltrytilene and Utira-C with no effect. As a treatment for potential interstitial cystitis I've taken Elmiron for 2-3 months with no effect. I've tried three cortizone based creams. None of these has had any effect on the symptoms. I changed underwear style, laundry detergent and soap in case it was fabric or allergy related. No effect.
lunch, a tortilla with chicken dinner, etc. If you gave any questions, just ask.
A couple of suggestions on the labeling were -- 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter, bagel & creamcheese. I checked the grocery store and a Klondike bar has 17 grams. (oh, would I ever be in trouble if I ate a Klondike bar every night for 12 weeks) The labeling for Incivek clearly says eat 20 grams of fat for optimum benefit so what his3707 is saying is not for optimal absorption.
I know you mentioned some things to stay away from and some things you're eating, but would you mind giving me a sample menu of your day --- a few days if you don't mind. It would be greatly appreciated. I just kind of feel at a loss trying to watch his blood pressure, sugar intake, and now finding a diet that would improve his GHR levels.
My sister has colitis, a niece has type 1 diabetes, a cousin has colitis, an aunt has rheumatoid arthritis and my mother had pulmonary fibrosis all thought to be autoimmune problems. When given my input the doctors seem to nod in recognition but the stats confirming this are more suggestive than conclusive.
Hello. Do you know if children get IC? My son is 8 years old. For 2 years now, he has been having severe pain below his belly button in the middle of the abdomen. I have taken him to the doctor more than once and they find nothing. It's strange because it only happens every couple of months but when it happens, it's bad. He can't sit or stand straight and has to unbutton his pants. The doctors check his urine each time and find nothing. They almost seem to think he might be faking it.
i suffered from weight loss, dizzyness, hairloss, had a swollen throat, inflamation all over my body, and much more.,. i was misdignosed for 2 months with depression and was treated with meds for this and also given meds to clam me down.. im really angry and since have reserched my condition.. i was on fluconazole off and on and my symptons have worsened again.. burning on the skin and itching..dizzyness itchy throat and much more..
I admit it has been difficult, but dealing with diabetes and heart disease is worse. I am seing first hand on my husband what type 2 diabetes can do, even though he is well controlled. He also has 3 stents and now a pacemaker. I am considerd overweight by 10 pounds. And yes, I have a belly. It's all in my belly, hips and thighs, and of course I am somewhat flabby.
I also take the medication for type 2 diabetes. I also take glyburide for my diabetes. I would say that it is a 50/50 chance whether you would lose weight in the long run as the product wasn't designed as a weight loss product. (but I'm not a doctor so your dr. might be able to tell you what to expect).
Do others notice these knats around you? What do they say or think?
Then in June the sleep disturbances started, and the 'brain fog', and the fatigue. After 2 1/2 weeks of insomnia every other night and suffering the other symptoms I went to my DR. The next day my results came back and my TSH was 16.5, I like my dad and my sister am HYPO and was put on Synthroid. Starting dose was 50mcg. I saw an initial improvement in the first week. I slept for 6 nights in a row and the brain fog broke after 4 days.

She always has to put people down, and it seems she is extremely jealous of me. Recently, she said in an extremely bitter tone, that she can't stand looking at me and my 2 siblings because we look like our grandmother and father. (What do we need to get plastic surgery?) She said she doesn't trust anyone, especially her own children. She's called me a liar and crazy. She is toxic and poisonous. She hates her kids. Obviously, she didn't want us. She got pregnant with my brother at 17.
i am overweight too and when i was 20 or so, i asked about going on meridia or xenical, and the dr laughed and said, no, you need to exercise, and bring your caloric intake down to 900 cals a day. jerk. Back then i was like ok so thats like 2 slimfasts and a banana? how's one supposed to get by on that? i think if they were a little more helpful and actually gave us something, then we wouldnt have to order everything online, i sometimes get the phentermine.
I am no expert but I would recomend A day of 2 big fiber drinks, some type of natural collan clense and only 6 apples and water all day. see if it helps. ( you need the fiber to give the colan something to push ) . Please don't get discouraged.
So does a bath (1/2 full) with 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup cornstarch. I soaked in that yesterday and it took the itch away for a few hours. Someone else (other website) mentioned that s/he takes 2 grams vitamin C daily and Cayenne Pepper capsules 2x a week and that s/he has no more problems. At this point, I am about ready to try anything. For all of you that have been experiencing this longer than I, you have my deepest sympathy.
I am very prone to bacterial and fungal infections, and it has to to with my body chemistry/ph(prediabetic/hypoglycemic). My mother who is Type 2 Diabetic, experinced these tears along with yeast infections and athletes foot infections all through her 30's and 40's until her diabetes was diagnosed and she got her levels under control.
Passed some kidney cells in weak urine. Some compression of 2 discs near her rear and very high white cell count. Its been almost 2 weeks overall - Vet gave a shot of antibiotic and prescribed 3.5 weeks more of doxcycline and amoxicillian. I am very concerned - any suggestions?
As far as hunger went, I was only slightly hungryfor the first 2-3 days, but after that I wasn't hungry again. I did use the 2 apples a day between meals as my snack. I drank alot of water, I live in Texas and it is really hot here so I am use to drinking lots of water. I worked out hard. It took my mind off the diet. What really impressed me about his protocol is the way my body was being reshaped. My waist got very small, mu stomach very flat. I have nicely defined arms and legs.
I have the same symptoms as you right now and have been on fertility drugs for 2 months. I had 2 negative pregnancy tests, and still no period. Back pain, nausea, nipple sensitivity, cramping in the ovarian region, and much more. I can't be dreaming this up. I am continuely tired as wel which I was when I was early pregnant last time. Let me know what you find out from your dr because sounds like we are in similar boats. Good luck.
You *could* be right, but 1) I am not so sure you are right and/or 2) if you are predicating your conclusions on small sample or apples to oranges comparisons. It is always useful to know where you are getting your information. Can you provide a source, study w/ CT #, article etc? I am not sure which trials combined 7977 and 5885 together, both with and without Riba for 12 and 24 weeks. Got a CT trial number?
my general dentist, the periodontist (who placed the implant), primary care doc, 2 nurse practitioners, 2 neurologists, 2 oral surgeons, allergist, or rheumatologist would tell me about this testing. The allergist did say he was not "impressed" with the reliability of lymphocyte transformation testing. I am not impressed with spending so much time and money and still feeling ill with no answers.
I gained 40 lbs in two years. I started dieting in April and working out in May. I work out 4 times a week 1 to 1 1/2 hrs each time. I hired a trainer and we meed twice a week. He cuts me NO SLACK! I eat fruit, veggies, chicken and fish. I do not binge, I do not skip workouts, I do not drink and I do not eat fried foods of any kind. I did not cut out carbs completely but I no longer eat potato chips, sandwiches, rolls, bisquits, etc. Twice a month I treat myself to ice cream.
