Avatar n tn The only treatment I have seen for flathead is a helmet made especially for infants who have this flathead appearance. Years ago, there was no treatment available. I believe that once the plates of the skull close together, there is no treatment. You would have to see an orthopedist to determine if anything can be done. Second choice would be a plastic surgeon. They can do so much nowadays, removing bone and replacing it with other bones from somewhere else on the body.

Avatar n tn I went up there and took her to the doctor and she was basically told is was a stomach virus (gastroenteritis) drink plenty of fluids and it should go away in a couple of days but when I look up Gastroenteritis it says that it's common in people with weaken immune system caused by HIV. She took her 3 month birth control shot the morning before but I'm sure that didn't cause Gastroenteritis. My question is should I be concerned about HIV at this point.

Specialist A recommends fully correcting his vision with contacts; however, specialist B recommends under-correcting him by approximately 30%. You need to let your OB know even if it leaves both systems because if you we're abusing them and taking them for a long period of time we can't diagnose the outcome. No judgement, but please for the sake of your innocent baby tell your Dr. You made the right decision to stop taking them. Best wishes!

It didn't work, my syptoms got worse, I had fever every other 5 days, high fever 39 degrees and every morning some kind of watery and yellowish diarrhea. I had a colonoscopy and my doctor told me I had crohn's disease but the biopsy came out inconclusive.
