I was on sub for 18wks, started at 8mgs and began to taper after the first month. About the tramadol/ultram you really need to be careful with that med, many doctors are either naive or just unwilling to admit that it can have serious ramifications. Im not sure what degree of pain you are dealing with, but maybe try some Rx strength naproxen, many have said Mobic or Lyrica also can work really well.
I don't know what happened to my old thread on this topic, but anyway, Im 19 years old and I'v had severe ocd and anxiety since I was little kid. I was also diagnosed with depression about 4 years ago. I'v been prescribed about every anti-depressant on the market, as well as a couple different bi-polar meds, all of which did absolutely nothing for me, except have negative side effects.
Honestly that first month was pretty low energy but I am feeling good now adays. Honestly weed helped a ton within getting off the pain pills. I am now 1 month clean of pot as well. So stone cold sober minus some caffeine. I am happier, less moody, sleep so much better, way less lazy.. countless things have changed for the better.
on our year anniversary he didnt even say happy anniversary all i got as a present was the big news that he had began to smoke marijuana again. i hate weed with a passion i dont see why people say it isnt harmful, it helps those who are ill but if your healthy it could be very harmful. i always tell him to stop and he refuses and he knows i really am NO fan of weed he always argues with me telling me it isnt a drug but to me it is!
The most important thing to do with Tramadol is to wean off of it if you are able. Formulate a taper plan and then have someone dole them out to you.
There is a seizure risk if you go cold turkey from Trams, but we have members who DID go cold turkey as well. Some just aren't able to taper.

I guess sometimes you just need to talk about your secret in some way or another. I have been addicted to Tramadol and Adderall for over 2 years, I cant believe how long I have been caring this on. I have been depressed the entire time because I knew I was in deep and dont know how to ever get off both without losing a 6 figure job and letting down my family and friends.
Spontaneous post-marketing reports indicate that seizure risk is increased with doses of tramadol above the recommended range. Concomitant use of tramadol increases the seizure risk in patients taking:
•Selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRI antidepressants or anorectics),
•Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), and other tricyclic compounds (e.g., cyclobenzaprine, promethazine, etc.), or
•Other opioids.
My plan is 150ng day 1.
It started with Vicodin (which began to make me vomit) then Oxycontin, then Methadone and finally Tramadol. I have been taking Tramadol for close to 6 years now. It's hard to remember the doses, but i would guess the highest amount would be 400-600mg/day.
For the past year or so I have been taking 100mg once a day and every so often I do my best to taper down. I can maintain that for a few weeks, maybe a month but then end up taking 100mg again.

Has anyone used weed to help with morning sickness? What are people's takes on doing so? I've been so sick everyday and been told by multiple people to try it, but I'm scared it harms the baby.
Even used in the child birthing process to help ease pain (back centuries ago before modern medicine came out with a stronger drug). ALL natural weed, with NO additives, has been found to do little to no harm to babies. It's when you go out to a dealer and buy stuff that has god knows what in it that harms the baby. It's the stuff people put in weed that causes harm.
