The vet instructed me to only give my dog the tramadol if he yelped in pain or exhibited other pain symptoms and Rimadol didn't help. The last time I gave it to him, he had exhibited his pain, but the pills didn't seem to help. He was pretty far gone anyway and I couldn't stand to see him unable to walk, difficulty going potty, couldn't heist his leg anymore, looked off into the distance with an odd expression on his face, limped from right leg which was riddled with arthritis.

I had a prescription for tramadol for over 3 years, and it has now run out. I still have access to hydrocodone and tramadol, without a prescription. I'm basically fed up with my whole life and routine revolving around medication. Not to mention, the financial drain due to the addiction. A normal day consist of 4 to 5 50 mg tramadols, and 3 hydrocodone 10s. I have began weening back, and now either take 3 hydro 10s, or 6 50mg trams. Rotating depending on availability.

Hello, I have leg pain that is in my shines and knees. The pain feels like shine splits but oh so much worse. I have been told by a pain doctor I have very tight muscles...any one else have pain that feels this way?

Work accident/ Yeh had an MRI, showed torn Disc L5/S1 & problem with surrounding facets. No nerve impingment, just irritated. Im in CONSTANT pain in mid & lower back, into buttock and ito and down mainly right leg, sometimes, left too. I sometimes get cold and pin & needles in feet. Hi and welcome! i quit Tramadol 8 days ago and the sleep thing is certainly a challenge. You are well into the withdrawals now and while good sleep may take a while to return, you may start feeling better in other ways after tomorrow.Have you been taking hot baths? with Epsom salts, even better. That and taking magnesium before bed can help your restless legs. Imodium will help some wd symptoms, too. Have you read the Thomas Recipe for detox? If not you should...it can help.

m still dealing w the same pain I have been for over ten years. my lower back pain. which shoots down my right leg all the way to my toes. every night I still want to chop saw cut whatever it takes to remove my right leg. also my right hip just aches. the pain I experience all together goes from achy, sharp, numb, tingling, dull, & back to achy sharp all the above. some days r more severe than the next. nothing I do or don't do makes it worse or better. but! every night I deal w it.

s a severe pain--like a broken foot/leg that will be painful for a long time. The pain meds are making my POTS allot worse. I've tried Demoral with Phenagan and Tramadol. Tramadol is the least problematic, but is causing bad POTS issues. I tried not using anything, but can't take the pain. I broke all the bones and my ankles off. Have 10 screws and a plate. Hi, This is my first post, my name is Bill and I've been dealing with back pain and leg pain for about 22 years. The last 10 or so I've managed quite well with Tramodol, Ibuprofen and herbal sleep stuff (passion flower, 5-HTP). Recently my leg pain has gotten significantly worse. I started taking a bit more Tramodol but it was still difficult to sleep and function at work. I am missing at least one day a week of work. My PCP was an orthro but I changed to a pain management doc last week.

I still have a little anxiety, and some pain. Pain on both sides of my lower back that is now starting to radiate down my left leg into my foot. then i switched pain centers and the new pain dr put me on methadone 60 mg per day for the pain. and really that helped soooo much. pain was gone and i didnt abuse them. i actaully didnt take anything during the day but took 4 instead of the 2 im supposed to take, at night to sleep. so i was prescribed 6 a day but took only 4 at night. was doing good and thought finally i was done abusing meds.

I had luck with the elastic rubber tubes that have the handles on them. They come in different colors which have different resistance levels. Walmart sold one from Gold's Gym that had an instruction DVD with it. Recently I've got a low end "Total Gym" which is also a good way to exercise without causing too much stain on joints. Both allow you to start off very little resistance.

I've taken it for many years and never had that result. You said you're taking it for neuropathy, so I would ask if your symptoms are related to your underlying condition. May I ask what is causing your neuropathy?

By the reason of that nerves from the spinal cord can be irritated causing weakness in the leg, leg/thigh pain and numbness, tingling. Few persons also face generalized body weakness and numbness due to other nerve irritation on back. If he suffers continuous weakness and notice reduced strength of muscle bulk in both the legs, please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the possibilities here.

Ok so day ten without tramadol, but am having a horrible time with my legs a solid 7 on the pain scale constantly. I walk stretch and take hot showers it helps for twenty minutes then cramps right back up. Ibuprofen,Alive,Tylenol,Asprin even at prescription dosage does nothing, Am on the supplements, hylands leg cramp and restless leg has a positive affect but its not enough. DXM did nothing. I would need to take something else the other month. I was in Hawaii recently and I saw what coconuts look like growing on a palm tree. There is a tough green husk and underneath is the brown coconut we know, and inside of that is the white coconut "meat". I am not qualified to comment on treatment for the thoracic injuries, however there are leg exercises that are very helpful in the lumbar injury, which causes the buttock pain and leg pain. A professional physical therapist will be a worthwhile investment, even if not covered by insurance.

Ok folks, I know I haven't been on here for a month or so, but I need some advice. I am having a big problem with my right knee. I had both knees partially replaced in 2010. I developed pretty bad lymphedema in left leg. Left knee hurt a lot longer. Went back after a year and doctor said there were some issues, cement fragment, weak MCL, big space. He told me to exercise to strengthen muscles. I've been going to PT for three months.

gave me, which did give some relief. tramadol for pain and diazepam for muscles relaxers. my cat scan result was osseous structures are remarkable for degenerative disc disease at L4-L5 and L5-S1 with mild broad based posterior disc herniations at each of these 2 levels. lowar lumbar spondylosis L4-L5 L5-S1 levels which may explain central low back pain, plus/minus radiculopathy.
