Topical estrogen for wrinkles

Common Questions and Answers about Topical estrogen for wrinkles

My dermatologist injects them, but only mutters something about too much androgen, which I have heard for years. Sometimes (hormonal fluctuations) by chin continues to breakout for two weeks with one cyct after another. I have suffered with acne all my life, but at 55 was really hoping it would cease and desist. At what point should I see an endocronologist to determine where the androgen is coming from and why?
I have purchased every product out there that offers any hope for crepey skin, wrinkles, anti-aging of any sort. While some products may work for some individuals, I haven't found anything that works with regularity. I guess the nice smell sometimes makes me feel like it is helping - ha! I guess aromatherapy is good too! I know this may sound silly, but would anyone want to start a coalition of sorts? My thought was to join forces, weed out the bad products and report back to the group.
I too have washed the sheets religiously, avoided harsh makeup and chemicals, tried to link this to some type of food allergy--and I can't come up with anything! I will say that yesterday for the first time in a long time I began using the topical cream DUAC prescribed by my Dermatologist for acne.
I have had granuloma annularae for over 10 years now, been to dermotologists for it, and no topical cream they've perscribed helps. It's gotten much worse over the last 3 years. I read stress might increase it, and I was in school, so that makes some sense. Now I'm done and still stressing with job-searching and grad school. So maybe it's gone down into the vaginal region? The thing is that the G.A. on the rest of my body starts out small, and then increases in size and is rarely itchy.
H-E-L-P!!! I've had this uncontrollable itch on my outer labia's for the past 7 years. Everyday I itch, I feel like a freak because I am always scratching (not in public). My labia gets sore from the scratching and I break skin often from scratching. I have tried everthing, but it doesn't go away. I know it's not an STD because I went to the doctor's and have been tested. However they haven't helped me none.
I take Lipator, vitamin D, and use a estrogen patch for hot flashes and night sweats, (I'm 56 years old). I have two small dogs. I have had adult acne since I was in my twenties. Have had eczema on my hands and feet, on and off, since my twenties. Have been under extreme stress lately due to being laid-off and my husband's prostate cancer. My race is a mixture of Hebrew, English, and American Indian. Let me know, maybe we can figure out this condition!
i was not doing anything out of the ordinary. what could be causing this? should there be a cause for concern?
Just wondering if anyone has a 'miracle cure'!! For a few years now, I've been getting a red blotchy chest/neck rash in circumstances where I - am drinking alcohol, anxious, nervous, excited, upset - really feeling just about any emotion. It's gotten to the point where I do not expose my chest/neck ever - and cover up whenever I can. I had read once that taking Niacinimide could help - and I've been taking about 1000mg of it for a few months, but am not seeing much improvement.
I found a person on the MSN body odor support forum who had a bad odor for a long time and then the odor went away after being treated for H. Pylori, but then the coughing and sneezing started after that. Interesting. Another person on the MSN board said he was also treated for H. Pylori and then the coughing/sneezing started! Question: Do any of you burp a lot? Here is a thread that should be read: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=561071#i Read the replies to that link also.
Oh yes, I have been dealing with the spotting since dec 18th...off and on. My nurse said they believe it is from the progesterone meds we are on. I am down to every other day on the shots, and it has lessened. Hopefully it will stop soon. Are your daughters excited about the pregnancy? I sure hope so :).
