Memory was a problem before, I don't see a lot of difference now. Searching for
a word is a problem some times these days. I still eat, but much less, which is wonderful. I think total loss since March 5th is 8 lbs. I get hungry but get full much sooner and don't want/need a snack in the evening or mid-afternoon. No cravings and some things don't taste 'wonderful'. I.E. a Hershey bar tastes like chocolate, but just doesn't taste GREAT, just 'OK'. Nothing special. I love this side effect.
