Avatar m tn Fatigue is the main symptom I have, but other symptoms include black eye floaters, somewhat sensitive to bright sunlight, dizziness upon standing after lying or sitting, constant yawning, I force myself to workout even though I am usually much too tired, poor concentration, and a lot of the time I can feel the exhaustion in the front/top part of my head.

We played for two hours last night and today I am sore all over. I used muscles I didn't even remember I had!!! Plus it has a workout routine that will tell you how many calories you have burned by the end of the routine! I loved this!!!
Avatar f tn Yoga or Pilates or a walk . Don't over do it and if you get tired you need to stop.. pregnancy isn't the time to try and get in shape. If your body isn't used to exercise and you start now it could stress out your body and you could miscarry so no running or jogging don't bother doing muscle stuff like sit ups or push ups . Just go for yoga ...

Avatar f tn I love the old hymn "At The Cross" my grandmother used to sing it to me all the time. Other than that I have alot of favorites. "East to West" by Casting Crowns, "Shout to the Lord" I can't forget "The Old Rugged Cross" all of these songs make me cry...in a good way! What a great subject to bring up. I am singing away to myself now...

What workouts can I do that will help me achieve that in a healthy way and still maintain interest in what I'm doing? i.e. I don't want ny entire workout session to be devoted to just cardio.

649848 tn?1534633700 Just a hint about being tired and still getting your workout in.... will you have time to get the workout out of the way early in the morning before work? That works for a lot of people. You do it first while you still have the energy.... For me, regardless of the time of day and what my schedule has in store for me, the hardest part of my workout is getting to the gym. After I am there, its no sweat! Good luck and stay at it!

We did the Plyometrics one that day and it was pretty awesome workout. I'm in pretty good shape and was a rower in college. Um that was 20 some years ago though but I wanted to get somewhat close to being in the shape I was.

Like I said I've been disciplined and going every day, but I'm getting discouraged because I don't see my body changing.. I realize its only been a month but I am at it every single day, shouldn't I be seeing some results? My diet is healthy too, I have low blood sugar so I eat tons of protein.
