My friends. It has been awhile and I would like to update the stats chart. For those who don't know, I have been keeping some basic statistics on members who started treatment from about last June forward. I started keeping stats only on genotype 1s who were doing triple therapy, but it has expanded to everyone. Many of you have now completed therapy and are still UND. A few are actually SVR. Wow that is good to hear! I know I shouldn't believe the chart but many people swear by it. My husband and I want to have a baby girl but the chart said I would have a boy this month and next month so we were going to wait until September, but now I know we can get started right away LOL.

If the break is clean and there is no chance for infection to enter the tooth (if it is sealed in some way), I would not worry about that approach. You do want the tooth to stay where it is so it will act as a "spacer" for the permanent teeth. If the shortness of the broken tooth bothers you a whole lot, you could consider having a small prosthetic half-tooth made to add to the length of the tooth, but I sure wouldn't bother. He will cope just fine with the new length of tooth.

I've been treated twice for chronic Hepatitis C. Since the onset of the first treatment, (February, 2004), I have been losing my teeth. They simply "break" apart and fall out of my mouth. What are some good rules to set for kids when try are going to be around the baby? My fiancé has two kids 4 and 8 and I want to make like a chart with the rules about the baby so that they know. My fiancé will let them do whatever they want with the baby so I know I need to be the one to put my foot down about it! I think a chart is a good idea. I need some ideas for some good rules that they will understand and my fiancé won't get mad about!

Hello! I'm not a dentist, but I have worked in a wonderful pediatric dental office in my area for 9 years. We reccommend that parents bring their children by age 1 or when they have a few teeth. Sure they will be very unhappy, but we can look for any problem areas you may not be able to see at home. Also we can show you techniques of how to brush and floss.

My other front tooth is a bit clear (if this makes sense) so with what you said, it brings me comfort that I can get something very close to what I have. My insurance won't cover it (they consider it a cosmetic procedure) but I can save up to a $1000 over this year for sure for it. A great smile is worth more to my self esteem than a $1000.

When I used the Chinese chart it said I was having a boy but I found out by the doctor its a girl.

He went to see his physician yesterday and said when she checked his vision he was unable to read her eye chart with either eye alone but could read the chart with both eyes together. They've scheduled him for an MRI but I wasn't with him to ask any questions and he just goes with the flow. There are so many different meds out there, the list provided doesn't cover them all, and it would be hard to keep up with them. The option should be to enter the name of the med ourselves. Over twenty years ago a dentist told me I had bone loss on one tooth. Never affected me until three years ago I got a stabbing pain in it and a root canal. It was fine until three months ago. Now if I floss around it too aggressively it can hurt all night long . It also snags the floss. This is something new. Two months ago it became "rough" on the inside and snags floss. About a year ago, I had an apicoectomy to have the abscess removed (choosing it as an alternative to extraction with the aim of keeping the tooth at whatever cost). The surgeon showed me photos of the abscess and said it was a large one. The tooth was fine for about 6 months as well as the nasal pain. But now there is once again a swelling and the site of the swelling feels uncomfortable.

I went at 7am this morning and waiting for the nurse to call. I had a few questions for her but she wasnt in at the moment as I had some red bleeding and just broke down crying already know this results are probably negative. Still have brown blood today but last night when I went it was red? I am confused but yet nervous.
