I am 19 years old and I have an anxiety disorder which provides me with insomnia. I usually either don't get enough sleep, or get just the right amount. However, I was not feeling good yesterday due to back pain, and I fell asleep at 7:30pm, and did not wake up until 5am this morning. Then I went back to sleep at around 8am and woke up at 10am. Though this is only a one day thing, is it unhealthy for me? Or could it have been good for me considering sometimes I don't get enough rest?
