t get sick, she does tend to drool a lot. Maggie does much better sitting in the front seat. I think it has to do with not looking out the side window and seeing everything turn into a blur. Looking out the front windshield makes things appear stationary. Good thing she doesn't mind wearing a seat belt.

My mom says she is getting sick of walking our 9 yr old beagle because he poops too much. She thinks it is ever since we started him on Wellness Core (dry), but that is a good quality food and much better than the purina dog chow we gave him before.
We feed him one cup twice a day, usually nothing else, no treats. We walk him 3 times a day, and he poops 2/3 times EACH WALK. That's 9 poops a day!!

Hi there, I looked on the side effects of Depakote and I didn't find anything to do with this. I've never been an angry person, nor have I really ever have I ever blasted people or my dogs. I yell at my dogs, have no patience, basically more irritability that I'm not able to control .I'm Bipolar,with mixed states, rapid cycling and have been in the last couple of months, hypomanic.

I am not sure if this is safe for my dog because I read that hydrocortisone should not be applied too much on humans but I am not really sure about the one that I have just bought, since it is specifically for dogs, cats & ferrets only.

My sleep is not disturbed -- I sleep normal as usual. I've also noticed, and have in the past, that I have some twitches. Various muscles in my body will twitch from time to time.
Potatoes are ok for dogs too. But it might be best not to give him a food which is high in saturated fat. Go for good protein, like beef, chicken, venison, rabbit, sardines, tuna, and omega oils, and carbs.
Because I live in England, we have different dog foods over here, so I can't recommend a food for you to try. But with a little research, maybe you could find a suitable food.
I just wanted to give some advice to all of you with dogs with Cushings. Every vet is different and every dog is different. All I can do is tell you what has worked for me with my dog. I am surprised by everyone's posts about diagnosis and treatment of Cushings. It seems that every vet has a different oppion or approach. I am also noticing that for the most part, vets have a negative outlook when it comes to Cushings.
