ve losted inches,and weight,just by the way I look and the way my clothes fit! I feel so much better! But, I get on the
scale and it shows I gain 2lbs! Must be the
scale cuz. I've been watching what I put in my mouth and I walk 1 hour,every morning or evening. I don't get it. Could it be muscle gain? I just had AF a couple of weeks ago so it's not water weight? HMMMM! Any ideas? Am thinking that maybe I shouldn't use a scale at all, kinda bought me down!
