Today I am 19, and I have trouble speaking 100% and words/sentences end up being tongue twisters for me. It makes me unconfident when I want to ask a question knowing I probably wouldn't be able to say it right. It's like when I speak my tongue kind of trips itself, or better say that it gets "stiff". the nanny talked to him the filipino dialect and his playmates talked to him in Tagalog and we talked to him in english sometime his father talked to him in Chinese. I'll be 36weeks on Friday and will start doing that everyday before baba gets here. Don't use any chemicals as this won't help, try not to moisturise the nipples too much as it will soften it up and make sure to give your nipples enough ventilation.

Did any of you find that NA works? I have tried counsiling but even with insurance I cant afford the cost of what I need to stay sober? I am still using. I had a 2 month break but when i went back to the real world I relaped. MY mother did NA and OA and every kind of A possible but she is just an addiction transfer type person. At this point I am willing to try it. My experience with alnon as a kid was horrible.

WOOHOO!!! I did it guys I finally found an NA group that I like and everybody there is very nice. Its about a 20 minute drive away so not too bad and so worth it! I actually found a lady there with a similar story to mine and she has been clean for 10 years now. I am exctied I was really getting nervous that NA just wasnt for me but this is in a nice area in the next town over.

Has NA been helpful for you in your recovery? I'm considering going to my first meeting tomorrow, I'm just not sure if a 12 step program is right for me.

Do any of you go to NA meetings? Do you also have FT time jobs, FT kid responsibilites, FT house duties and so on? How do you find time to go? Is it necessary to go to NA?

The questions and responses that everyone has are quite helpful to me for the most part. However, I would like to start going to NA meetings. My ex boyfriend (who I started using with) has been going to them for awhile and they really seem to have been doing him good (from what I saw before we broke up). Right before we broke up I had mentioned that I would like to start going as well and he expressed to me the he did NOT want me to go.
