My wife thinks I am out of my mind at this point. I am constantly checking the strength of my tongue and practicing tongue twisters to make sure I dont have any weakness or atrophy. I have no problems eating or drinking. But despite it all I still cannot shake this tense clumsy feeling in my tongue thats stemming from under my chin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

small outlined that come n go...i tend not to et healthy n i just started takin vitamins(b complex,zinc from vitamin shoppe)....it seem to hav worked a bit as the breakout is less...i also rarely get sleep..i usually sleep 5hrs every night....not sure if that can cause a deficnecy w/ not gettn enuff sleep whch i havet done in the last few yrs..i tnd to go to sleep late every night...can all this be a factor to this breakout happening?...its freakin me out...

I've read up that by toughening up your nipples you can stand in the sun for about 5min every day so that the uv rays can penetrate your skin, and not through a window. I'll be 36weeks on Friday and will start doing that everyday before baba gets here. Don't use any chemicals as this won't help, try not to moisturise the nipples too much as it will soften it up and make sure to give your nipples enough ventilation.

could this be a reason for breakout i get on my tongue(white outline)...i also tak zinc,b complex n daily vitamins NOW...never before i use to take vitamins or really eat healthy stuff...

I do have some queries - 1, how i can identify swallen/enlarged lymph node 2. whats the white stuff only in middle on on my tongue in evening ... but that time my tongue is not wet kinda dry but not full - is it a thrush 3. can we trust Card test1 and 2 test - result was non reactive i think it means HIV negative.. but i heard that it can keep no reactive for some time and can be active afte few period ... i did this test after 1 of sexual exposure... wht i need to do ...

My son had dat n i waited til he was 3 to cut it cuz i was scared but i give in to cutting it cause as he got older it was like having handcuffs on his tongue n ppl couldn't understand him at school but afterward he had to go to alot of speech therapy cuz i waited to long n after a year he was talking to mch n to good

I just had a physical and he saw nothing on my tongue but this new one just started. The bad part is I am now obsessing over my tongue. If it stays I'll go back and get it checked out.

i have a std test tomorrow becuz i keep freaking out n looking at my tongue. it doesnt hurt at all n theres no sores. im thinkin maybe the antiboitics. i was on bactrim 2 times a day for 5 days.

You need to see an ENT (ear, nose n throat) specialist. I have the same problem n now they are referring me to a neurologist. I had oral surgery to extract a molar n now wondering if the doctor damaged one of my nerves under my tongue.

I woke up this morning feeling like there was a 9v battery stuck to the tip of my tongue. It is slowly spreading further back and I cant bump my tongue on my teeth which makes eating n talking pretty much impossible. I really hope this goes away soon. I am due for my tysabri on tues and if I have to call the dr tomorrow she will postpone my treatment and want to see me first. UGH!!!! Ok I'm done venting.

Hi all anyone any ideas ? I have this lump in my neck about 2-3 years behind my jaw bone and under my ear ..I brought to my gp years ago n he said probly a cyst never gave me any trouble ....but now ...I was admitted to hospital a few weeks back in horrific pain in my jaw n felt like this lump was exploding in my neck ...no amount of pain relief would take it away I was practically unconscious from all of it ...anyways pain has subsided but still there ...

idun really have a sore throat but some jaw pain. N i keep having ulcers n red spots on theedge of my tongue. I went to doc n they say no lymph nodes.
