I have not started treatment yet, but my tongue is swollen and feels like it is cracked. This will be my 3rd time to do treatment in the last 20 years, but I don't recall the sore tongue. Any input will be appreciated.
It started with a broken tooth that got sore, then the gums, then my cheeks and tongue swelled up nd inside of mt lips, I developed a white sore on the end of my tongue and it split open from top to underneath. Really bad headaches nd now my throat is sore and my lungs are tight. I gargle and brush with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, which keeps it somewhat under control. What do you thinK? O, and I am extremely fatigued. I almost forgot to mention that I have red spots on my palate.
I forgot that I have a big sore that is active and painful...the sore is under my tongue. and he came out on the upper tongue...I just assume that the fluid didn't come down to the lower side because I spit out the fluid right away....is it possible that I will get HIV if he carries HIV inside him??? I know that if I don't have open sores then I won't catch HIV through this....however, in my case..I have open sore...that's why i'm very worried now...

The skin around the periphery is flaking away and I have noticed bumps under the skin around the sore. There is even another small sore that has developed that seems to be healing. I've tried antibiotic creams, just cream to soften the skin, anti-itch cream, and anti fungal cream. And, nothing at all besides keeping it clean and covering it with a bandaid (that's what I'm doing now). Nothing works and this seems to be getting worse. It's been 1-1/2 months.
the couple days after on the side of my shaft i noticed a couple spots that were an irritated pink color and also looked like an open sore, it appeared wet in the center of the sore. The sores also itched a bit and as it healed became dry and the skin looked dry and crackly. I refrained from having sex for a few days till it healed. Once it seemed better i had sex with my lady, who since had trimmed, and it seemed fine... a little irritation but nothing bad.
for at least 7 months now the only person ive had unprotected sex has been the same, and yesterday we had sex a couple times, and several other times this week, and today i noticed on the shaft of my penis what i think looks liek an open sore.
This is not our first time doing it unprotected by the last time we did he seem to has sore but it look like scabs but we did it anyway so this never happen to me before but I got this open sore on the lip of my Virginia I have no symptoms but a discharge an it appear on my pantys as a brown looking substance an I didn't know it was there until today when I look at myself it don't itch or hurt or burn so wat culd this b
Follow-up.....Thanks for the feedback on July 8. I felt that my risks were very low after reading your response, so I did not rush to get the blood test. However, I just did the blood test for syphilis this morning and should get the results back this week. It's been about 40 days since the possible exposure. What has gotten me again very worried, (and hence the blood test today) is that on day 36, I felt a red sore on the top/rear of my mouth on a bone, just before the tonsils.
m 20 and had protected sex with a prostitute and dumb enough I also gave her unprotected oral when I had 1 or 2 open sores in my mouth/tongue from accidental biting. About half a day later, I noticed that the sides of my inner cheeks developed what seemed like an open sore (2 of them). It became painful when I touched it with my tongue.
Then about a few weeks later, the pain went away but the sore was still there, just being dormant.
