tongue hurts like burnt

My tongue for almost 2 months feels like it has been stuck in a 9 volt battery. This sensation goes from the tip to the middle of the tongue. It has like a metal feeling? It is really bothersome.

Do you think I should be worried about HIV? Is 1 day enough for a slightly burnt tongue to heal? Does a slightly burnt tongue count as an open wound through which HIV is transmissible when I give cunnilingus? What is an ''open wound'' exactly? My hands recently dried up and began to crack ans now they got a strange glow to them my fingers tips feel fried and since a few days ago my tongue has felt on fire ... Another day passed and white papules appeared inside my cheek touching the top row of my teeth in the back. I have just had anesthesia and I also have a number tonuge like you describe mine also feels like you have drank hot tea or coffee and burnt it and would like some answers to as how long it will last I've been told it could be down to pressure from the tube they put down your throat which should be monitored carefully throughout but feel that's not been the case hope we get some answers and things return to normal

I am currrently suffering with a sore tongue for about 2-3 months. It feels sometimes like after you've had a hot drink, a bit numb, and taste is affected. I am getting red tiny dots at the front right which are a bit sore. Also a couple of darker dots next to this spot. I have pain under my right jaw where the glands are and if I press there it feels like it's connected with the tongue.

I had a mandibular wisdom tooth extraction several months ago. Actually several teeth were removed, and necessitated general anesthesia. The swelling is long gone, I am eating normal food now, but the tip of my tongue feels burnt, like I had just had very hot coffee. It's not terrible, but it is a low-grade pain that isn't going away. It's been well over eight weeks, but less than six months, and it's very annoying and unpleasant.
